- Hi:) This time, I've prepared a tutorial that will allow you to create a foggy day in Unity HDRP. I made an effort to describe in much more detail what I'm doing compared to previous tutorials in this series. I think that this format will appeal to beginners who are still unsure of the purpose of various options. I hope this tutorial will be useful, and if you have any questions, write them in the comments. Have a nice week:)

There's always something new to learn from you, thanks a lot for that. This one's especially exciting, it adds so much atmosphere 😍
You're welcome:) for me the best effect is given by local fog in the form of fog clouds:)
You are awesome man olease dont stop ❤❤
Thx:) I have no intention of stopping, creating new videos gives me a lot of satisfaction:)
+1 for NatureManufacture 😉
Thanks for voting:)
Great tutorial, thanks for your work!
You're welcome:)
Thank you for a good word :)
You're welcome:) I hope you manage to win, because you deserve it:)
Thanks a lot for beautiful tutorial :)
Maybe it will be useful to some people:)
Well done 👏
Thank you:)
Thanks, great video. I would also like to learn more about how to set up wind in the scene and add wind reaction to grass and trees.
Thx:) Sorry, but I didn't fully understand the question:( are you talking about setting the wind in different scenes or generally about how to add wind in Unity?:)
@@SetaLevelDesign Yes. I meant. Tutorial, how to properly create wind in Unity for a location, for example, a forest. So that the trees and grass sway. And do you need special trees and grass for this, so that they move? It would be useful to know everything.
This scene reminds me of Battlefield 1 mission "Fog of War" that's really beautiful very similar as this scene
I watched now a gameplay of this mission on RUclips and the atmosphere is indeed very similar:)
@@SetaLevelDesign I recommend you to create battlefield 1 style environment of 5th war story of Zara Ghufran... it's in Ottoman Empire desert of Arabia... please have a look and create one... I think the bright looking one would be great!
Thank You!
Would love to see your pc specs and the fps you are getting at the end of video.
I have an i7-7700, GTX 1060 and 16GB RAM. It's hard for me to say how much FPS I had in the scene, but everything ran smoothly without any problems. There really aren't many resource-consuming settings here:)
Just in time for the Silent Hill 2 remake
Actually, you're right:) I didn't even think about it because I wanted to make this tutorial some time ago and by pure coincidence it landed on the channel exactly 2 weeks before the premiere of SH2R:)
Can you combine this with night time?
It's possible that I will make such a tutorial, but it will be faster if you combine the settings from the Realistic Night video with these:)
Hello sir, I'm just getting interested in this business. Are the assets you use free of charge? Where can we access them?
Unfortunately, the models in this video are paid, but you can easily use models from Book of the Dead or Unity Terrain - HDRP Demo Scene, they are of really good quality and are completely sufficient for the beginning:)
@@SetaLevelDesignThank you sir👍🏻
I'm not using Unity for none of my games when Godot is free for life Godot i own my games with Unity they own your games because of the fees and licenses fees
Runtime Fee has already been canceled. Personally, I'm staying with Unity because it seems that the company is finally starting to move in the right direction:)
Who cares about Unity dude it's too late I'm not trusting Unity dude
I think there will be a few people who still use Unity:) You are absolutely entitled to do so, for me it doesn't matter what engine someone uses to create their project as long as you do what you like:)
