This Six-Part Limited Series by Julian Fellowes is a story of secrets and scandals amongst the upper echelon of London society in the 19th Century. When the Trenchards accept an invitation to the now legendary ball hosted by the Duchess of Richmond on the fateful eve of the Battle of Waterloo, it sets in motion a series of events that will have consequences for decades to come as secrets unravel behind the porticoed doors of London’s grandest neighborhood. Finally. A period drama that gives me everything I need since Downton. Oh and the costuming is exquisite!
Where can this be found in India? Any download link?
Oh great to see your comment in here, may I ask you that the things like Downton abbey, the English game where I get that!? And specially some book regarding these types of massive polite English, manner and full of professionalis !? If you can prefer any I would be grateful to you. 😌😊🤗🤩
Don’t forget Doctor Thorne, it is another one from Julian Fellowes
Often imitated never duplicated...We shall see my friend, we shall see.
Also try The Gilded Age, another masterpiece by Julian Fellowes, the creator of Downton Abbey.
Don’t sleep on this series!!! I watched it after Downton Abbey and Bridgerton. It did not disappoint!
Where can you watch it?

Bridgerton is foolish. Anything is better than it.
Bridgeton is a pure waste of time and money. 🤮
An outstanding presentation all around. i was truly blown away with Tamsin Greig & Harriet Walter performances. These two playing off with each other.... Pure Genius ! The subtleness of expression in a time period of high restraint, these two actresses bring it to the table with the utmost perfection ! They both should get an award.
I agree. Harriett Walter was simply mesmerizing. She's right up there with Judi Dench.
I love everything Julian Fellowes had created ... just incredible talent that never fails...
I saw that it had Downton Abbey undertones to it, I wasn't surprised to see that it's from Julian Fellows & the producers of Downton Abbey. AWESOME! I can't wait to see it!
The book is written by the director and producer of Downtown Abbey. I loved it so much was not aware there was TV version. Excited 📺😍👏👏👏👏👏👏
It was very good
I found it darker and more serious Harriett Walter was mesmerizing.
I fell in love with this series! Harriett Walter was simply outstanding. I can't wait for season 2. If you take the time to invest in this show you won't be disappointed.
❤
She was in Sense and Sensibility and Emma and so many others! I love her!
I read the book and was not aware there was TV to accompany it. Oh my God. Julian Fellows is a genius.
What is the title of this drama please? Where can I watch this series?
@@agnesdorothy23968 Belgravia. Its coming out in April. I read the book 2 years ago and loved it, still do. Read the book first. It's Belgravia by Julian Fellows.
He is
I’m glad Miss Bates is rich again
Criminally underrated
Loved it! The cries at the end...😢😭
Loved everything leading up to the secrecy and to the end, all was revealed!🥰☺
First, Gilded Age and now this? Julian Fellows is a supreme being of executed excellence!
Well, I have watch "Downton Abbey", "Gosford Park", "The English Game", "The Gilded Age", all from Julian Fellowes. It all has dynamics of bright and dark side, not to mention a list of colorful character.. but this, "Belgravia".... it's totally different. The 'grave-y' storyline in Victorian era, gloomy places, a list of dark character, scandal, layer of secrets, greediness, redemption, innocent protagonist in the midst of all of this (Mr. Pope), a very relieving ending at the last episode ... I've got Charles Dickens vibes from this. Masterful.
It seems to star every British actor who was *not* in “Game of Thrones”. I didn’t know there were so many left.
who’s here after watching bridgerton
lmao yuhh
Me 😝
Me I swear
Me
Random youtube recommendation but I like it
Downton Abby. The Gilded Age. And now Belgravia. Julian Fellows is a machine. And I'm here for it.
O
loved the series...excellent
I hope this will be available in netflix
Only 28 seconds into this trailer and it's so much better than the 2 episodes of Brigerton that i suffered through.
This looks epic, I am all in.
Cenas belíssimas.
Oh, Lady Shackleton!
Looks so cool .I'll watch
Eu li o livro, espero que seja realmente baseadas no livro e não " inspirada" !
Amo esse livro!
BRING IT BACK. ,!!!
It’s Miss Bates from Emma BBC 2009! She has a family and everything 🥺
I LOVE that adaptation of the book
April 12 ? I just checked and it seemed they have already started the series. Figures.
I wish 26 years were as good me as they were to some of these characters.
I'm getting Sanditon vibes! Definitely my kind of thing to watch.
I really enjoyed Sanditon !!! Too bad there isn’t going to be a season 2
@@gaurimann7156 is that confirmed? What a way to end a series 😵 I was hoping to get a happy ending for Sidney & Charlotte

Who's here after reading the book and is now is wanting to watch the series
Me me me 😏😏😏😏😏😏😏
How is the book? Historical fiction books are one of my favourite but not sure if I should pick this one or not
@@gaurimann7156 I quite enjoyed it. Our internet was out one day, so I decided to start reading it. I couldn’t put it down. It had so many twists and revelations.
I've finished the book this morning (07/26/2023). When you know the facts and see the villains gessing it all wrong, sure you can laugh out loud. Still a Downton Abbey addicted, though not much for the movies ...
Ya ví las series de Downton Abby, los bridgeron están muy buenas, veré está y la verdad se ve muy bonita
is it on netflix?
Julian Fellowes has done a lot of period pieces
Where can I watch it for free???
Where do i find this series ?
Britbox
Is this coming back????
🥰🥰🥰
❤❤❤❤❤
Me after downtown abbey....
Fellows = 💯
Is this related to the Shirlock Homes book?
In a word, no. Nothing to do with Sherlock Holmes
That's got to be one of the most stupid questions ever, on so many levels.
Their is a shirlock homes story called "Scandal in Belgravia" thts why I asked.
Who was your favourite character in the series? Mine was definitely Charles Pope😉.
Anne and Caroline then James were the main players in the story. The acting was excellent. I especially liked Anne but Caroline was a close second.
Caroline, a strong woman and Anne a gentle and kind soul.
Isn't that lady shacklebolt?
I liked the show, but was disappointed by how the revealing of CP’s identity was visualized. That should have been the peak of the series, instead it was a real anti-climax!
I donno why I’d never watched this …. I Jude binge watched it oh my gosh beautiful!!!🥰
How to get the entire movie plz?
Que pena muy lindas series sin subtítulos en español
Es hora de aprender inglés, supongo.

This show deserves a Lana del Rey song. Or many songs.
Lady Shackleton lol
Even the trailer feels too long😢 if u know what I mean
But we were hoping for a fin de siecle of New York Downton Abbey prequel!
They're filming The Gilded Age now
I have just finished Episode 2. It seems very good so far. I could do without 2020 views inserted. Snooty modern actors looking down their noses at British rule of India. Disdain for the most glorious, force for good, Empire the world has ever seen.
Hahaha the lies
What is DCI Gene Hunt doing in 1815?
Hahahaha. He played the part well didn’t he.
@@jaijai5250 I was waiting for, " Oi! You posh, poncy poofter! You're nicked! " 😂
Caroline Collingwood
The trailer is giving like 80% away😂😂
Very annoying, it seems a part of Amazon prime, we started watching and from 3 rd episode we have to sign up for yet another monthly service! Looked good, won’t pay! Feeling bamboozled!
Just do the free trial and cancel once you finish the show.
There is a simpler solution... buy it on DVD.
This was produced mainly for an American audience
yet it has almost 70% of as the most popular show on British television ever😂
You’re incorrect there
@@chachab5543 you are slow there
Nah, don’t think so love
This was a good series. Not as good as Downton and not as good as the first four episodes of Bridgerton but still decent. It broke my heart that the Lady missed her grandson growing up but knowing he existed even later on in life gave her a bit of her son back. I was so happy when she finally met him.
It's not as good as "Downton Abbey", but i liked to watch it.
not the music be the same as downron abbey 🤦
Am i the only one tired of shows set in the victorian era about wealthy folks, it's like every victorian show or movie being made is about the wealthy and upper class and this need to be really important.
If you really look at the history the victorian era was sh*'t for everyone who wasn't rich or living in the countryside.
You may not be the only one but I’m certainly not tired of it. Why do I want to see hours of television about bitterly poor people? That’s not interesting.
Watch a version of “Jane Eyre” where the story isn’t truncated. For most of her life, Jane goes through awful trials and is dreadfully poor. Her story isn’t all about her falling in love with Rodchester.
this is interesting, the main character was tradesmen, the work from nothing but of course that part was never shown
Here after watching The Gilded Age
Sceneries from authentic English Period-Dramas…😳aren’they almost all the same?!? Same streets same camera angles…am I the only one to find deja-vues?
I love Tom Wilkinson but he's not looking so good! (?) I know he's up there in age I hope he's ok.
Update edit! After I posted the above I Googled Wilkinson and learned he just died last December 30 at just 75!? Heart attack. Arrrgh! So sorry to hear that. He's just 10 years my senior. And probably a smoker, like me too. Tic tok tic tok. ⏰
Sigh! 😔
RIP Mr Wilkinson 🙏
Their makeup is unnecessarily modern...
haha have a look at bridgerton
This show didn't quite have it. Something was missing. It added up to less than the sum of it's impressive parts. Not in the same class as Downton Abbey at all.
it's good 😂 if you keep rewatvhing
Lived and been to belgravia so all of this is a pile of #bs
Well covent garden used to be a gathering place for prostitutes and now its high class so some things change
didn't you realize you live there during early Victorian era?😂😂😂 how old are you 200?
Just another show about the 1% English aristocracy
All Julian Fellowes drama is boring....!
What a disappointing show. Had high expectations as it was written by Julian Fellowes of Downton fame. He could have done much more with it.
These are them good old days for white folks......lol
This is the way it was, so...
it's so good😂 now black people want to be in it lmao look at Bridgerton
Not all of them. The majority were peasants and servants. Their lives were awfully miserable. Only a tiny minority lived in grandeur.
The funny thing is that they can’t blame diversity and immigration for the squalor, and slums that most were living in.
Enslavement and colonisation works wonders for some!
What a shame, you Britons gave once proud and beautiful country to middle-east "scholars" creating Islamic "paradise". What a shame on you!
The slowest, most boring period piece I've ever watched. If you ever want to fall asleep quickly, then turn this on!
Tired of these costumed dramas all with the same plots. who are they going to marry, who they can control and what are they going to eat and which ball gown will the women wear in order to catch a rich husband
So don't watch it. No one is pressuring you. We, who like this type of tv drama, happily would :)
Just like those superhero movies...who is the ultimate bad guy/gal, what is their plan for world domination, what challenge will the hero face...throw in a romance angle and a goofy cast of lovable cohorts and I just wrote the next Marvel movie.
In the past, that was the main issue, especially for women. If you weren't married before 21/22, you were a spinster and dependent on your family if you were upperclass. If you were lower class, you were working at 8 years old and dead by 40-50.
Holy shit this show looks fucking terrible please tell me nobody actually watches this
I've watched the whole series from start to finish 8 - yes 8 times
Is it there on amazon?
What is the title of this drama please? Where can I watch this series?
Wait, this is already available? It's my first time seeing it anywhere and I've actually read the book.
What's the name of this movie or serie please
Plenty of other stuff to watch
Is there going to be a season two?
It's all wrapped up. I don't think so.
