also, just got to you talking about your pain. It sounds like plantar fasciitis. I recommend starting by rolling out your foot, then calf lengthening with 2 sets of 30 second stretches on each side, then calf strengthening through calf raises really focusing on the stretch at the bottom, and finish it off with strengthening the anterior tibialis with some toes raises while leaning your back up against a wall (3 sets of 12).

For me, putting a lacrosse ball in the freezer and rolling both of my feet every morning for 5 minutes has really helped with the foot pain!

My feet were doing the same thing in the exact same shoes I took 2 days off of running and just did stairmaster then ran on the treadmill the first few days back and now my feet are much better

If you ever want a bomb speed workout for running that’s not gonna kill you completely lol but definitely helps with foot turnover and overall speed with consistently reach out brotha you’re a huge inspiration!!!

Spending too much time in carbon plated shoes can sometimes cause foot pain. For easy runs and lifting you should switch to a New Balance 1080 or different model and see if your foot feels better.
Sounds like Plantar Fasciitis, rolling your arches on a lacrosse ball when you wake up everyday should help. For any sort of big events you have where you are concerned about your arches hurting, there is a method for taping to give your arches more support too while you run.

Take a frozen lacrosse ball and roll it on the bottoms of your feet. I get the same pain from running/working in retail and being on my feet! Give a try bro!
