The food does look yummy, and I love rice noodles. Glad you found that place. I always wonder about restaurants with their food exposed to the open air when outside are motor vehicles passing by not to mention people passing by the kitchen. Perhaps the cooking process kills any bacteria, hopefully!

You finally got the name Bun right, pronounce boon, just like Woori bank, I think the Koreans call it Wu-ree Bank not Worry Bank LOL. Bun Cha is relatively new in southern Vietnam, I think only 10yrs back, till now I still don't know what the taste is, but looks good in your video.
