Hwy I need some advice. I am looking for my first car (funded by myself) and I found a 2005 Ford Mustang for 3k with 78k miles? Is this to good to be true? Also she said she would ship it for free and I could check it out for a few days before deciding on buying it through Amazon car shipping
Beware. This is an Amazon payment scam. It's all over the internet look it up
I personally prefer Camrys because they have VERY LOW upkeep. Beware. How are Mustang's on maintenance because if they are bad this will be way more expensive to keep.

That's careless to allow a sleep deprived police officer on the job.
Surprised Dave went easy on them. 200k was wiped out by selling his second house. So it took them 45 months to pay off 65k and they were making 90-120k? That's 7500-10k a month pretax. They could have easily lived on 40-60k and had that paid off in 1.5 to 2 years. It took them almost 4??
The important fact is that they got it done! WAY TO GO! Thank you for your service!

They have young children that they have to pay daycare, time off for maternity leave and taxes out the Max on overtime!!

After selling the house for $200k, they only had $65k to pay off. And it took them 4 YEARS, on a salary of $90-$120k PER YEAR??
Using only 15% of their annual salary to pay off debt over 4 years, is hardly gazelle intense! They could’ve done it in 2 years easily if they were as intense as they claimed.
I would need to have walked in their shoes to really know what they encountered and were challenged with along the way in order to provide an answer to your question.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking ... they may have lot of other unexpected big expenses in those years
