Thank you for sharing this clip, before I thought I had to use a raspberry pi to be able to use Ambilight. Thanks to this clip, I was able to do it and succeeded
I noticed Hyperion allows you to select "segment" while configuring WLED, so I think you could achieve this using just one ESP32 module instead of two, using the "segments" feature available in WLED.
Hi there. Where can I download modify wled software in order to use it on ESP32? Or maybe i just need to install wled and connect it to hyperion? Thanks I'm gonna install hyperion onraspberry pi zero W
Thank you for this. Absolutely brilliant. Short, clear and straight to the point.
Very interesting lighting.

Could you detail the flash of your ESP32-S2 with Wled please ? I can't flash mine at all.
Probably you need bootloader.bin for ESP32-S2.
@@yiniceled121 I'm also missing the partitions.bin, where can I find them please?

@@yiniceled121 Even with this, I can't flash my esp32S2, did you install a specific driver?
Could you detail the complete procedure for me please?
Is it possible to have one esp32 to control 2 led strips that are connected to different pins, one with hyperion and one with normal wled app?
No
You tested Hyperion only in Windows, or in Linux too?
only in Windows
And how does the esp32 catches the image from the monitor?
Install Hyperion, ambient light software
Can I make this project on esp32 dev1 board ?
Yes
wled + hyperion is slow. the max fps is 41. glow worm luciferin + firefly luciferin is way faster, but the feature is more limited
I think it is enough. wled is more playable.
