Beyond no doubt a monster for having his kids be sacrificed, even though that’s normal king/dictator behavior, I can’t compare them. Both horrible fathers.

I’m think whoever he asks to speak with works for him. Either they have a curse mark or they’re his expedition team with parison and ging, or guys like bill. Beyond is about to escape potentially very soon, and he may be setting pieces in place with whoever comes and visits.
It brings up so many questions:
1. Does being manipulated by a nen user to attack break the contract?
2. Does an enemy spy that infiltrated the guards attacking break the contract?
3. Does attacking a nonviolent traitor break the contract?
Good questions. In jojo jotaro beats a stand user not by actually defeating him, but by convincing him into thinking he lost. By admitting defeat within himself the enemy lost the duel. If kurapika believes that he broke the terms of the contract even though he didn't, what would happen? Is nen omniscient and let the contract stand, or does nen depends on the feeling of the user? And if the user finds out later on that he didn't actually broke the contract, would the zetsu be removed? Or, can he break the contract without triggering the zetsu by deluding himself into thinking that he didn't actually break the contract?
It's a simple enough ability on the surface, but there's a lot of nuance to it. Can't wait for 2030 to arrive with the chapter that gives us the answer to these questions.

Zetsu being done automatically makes ton of sense. Our body like to conserve energy, so it seems logical to me that an infant brain will learn to suppress uncessary usage of vital energy, if its readily available and is part of his developed brain. Now i wonder if Longhi's brain developed differently

Maybe the natural evolutionary trait of subconsciously using zetsu was a leftover trait from the dark continent? I'd assume that hiding your presence as a vulnerable baby in a place like the dark continent would be extremely important for survival

I think it's more accurate to depict the curse on Beyond's daughter like a black ink tattoo on the bottom of her tongue. You can even see her lingual frenulum in the original panel. I don't think it's a pure white eyeball like your video depicted, but I'm eager to see how they animate it.

1. kacho is beyond’s daughter and thus activating the curse on fugetso,(togashi prepared a twist behind them being twins)
2. Wobble is beyond’s son and the reason his nen best hasn’t shown yet is because of the baby’s nature to use zetsu.
3. Oito is the user of silent majority.
4. Pariston “strategically”placed the three hunters including Bill on Wobbles quarter for protection (abilities : bill- growth, 2nd bodyguard- escape, 3rd - spy) though this one is a bit of a stretch 😅
I like the oito and wobble theories, i immediately pegged her as a possible beyond mistress just because of her mysterious strategies to gain allies

Heres a note liam, if Beyonds children is one of the princes, it either has to be Benjamin and Camilla if Beyond initiated them. If he didnt then my money is either still on 4th prince for his sheer nen talent, 7th prince (his tricky trap making nen beast to me is a sign fo two faced nature, perhaps a hint at how hes a trap because hes Beyond child) and 9th prince for how much an outlier he is, and also how quick he grew in power as well
I believe it is the 4th Prince actually and he is the Curse bearer for the 2nd Prince
@@larsbohmer6319 thats a huge waste of 4th princes character to ultimately be just to take out the 2nd prince. 4th prince is either a red herring or a child that isnt meant to sacrifice for another prince but be a successor. I think its more likely one of the younger princes because you have to think the King had at least one or two kids before beyond got all the details to make his plan all these years
I could also see none of them actually being Beyond's child knowing Togashi. Longhi only believes that one of the Princes is his kids, doesn't necessarily mean that it's true from a story sense. Either way this opens up some crazy possibilities

Perhaps Woble’s curse-bearer was one of the ones that got hit immediately at the start of the voyage, and the curse itself is the intense aura that Kurapika felt by her crib.
It would be scary to think that she’s been cursed this entire time and that Kurapika’s been sacrificing years of his life for a lost cause.
Or perhaps since the curse was triggered too early, it actually “initiated” Woble and made her strong enough to survive with her baby ten and baby zetsu.
Kurapika sensed that split second Netero genes aura. Wobble and oito are the ones to watch out for

A part of me is now wondering if something similar happened to Gon as he was able to instinctuallly use Zetsu to hide from Hisoka. Plus we don't know what'd happen if you attempt to initiate someone who was already initiated. It "probably" wouldn't do anything to the person.

What if Beyond is holding off the curse/calamity he brought back from the dark continent by cursing these babies? In that way he isn't both containing the calamity and also using an incredible amount of power to place these curses. It would almost make more sense if the curses were a solution (that yes helps his plan also) to preventing his death (or a life ruined) by calamity. Sort of put the problem on others.
That would be a crazy revelation

The reason why so many bodyguards were killed by them was probably an attempt at finding Beyond's children and kill them so the curse activates, which puts Beyond's plan in motion.
Perhaps, Beyond was even refering to the "silent majority" user when he said he needed to talk to someone at the end of the chapter?
First Isaac hoped his own son would kill him and now Beyond cursed his and I still can’t believe this 21 kids to die, the Netero family is messed up. Also I believe either Tyson or Wobble herself could be Beyond’s child after all Oito lied once, who’s to say she’s not lying the king being Wobble’s father.

I had a theory, but you have to think out outside the box. I think beyond might've set up the curse so that his children dying causes bim to die.

-2 if beyond does the same thing isaac did, and keeps a poor man's rose in his chest that activates upon his death, it becomes a threat. "If you kill my kids, you die. Checkmate"

Funny enough, for a long time, I had considered a nen ability where you needed to sign a contract. The idea was to use transmutation and conjuration to condense nen into "nen pills" and then have them sign the contracts to buy the nen, and now that we see a nen user that needs people to sign contracts, it just makes me happy.
And just like that, in one fucking chapter, I need to go back and read all the foreshadowing Togashi might've implemented. Dammit man. Haha
so this is an idea i just came up with. what if Kuripaka makes a contract with himself that states another restriction on emperor time. for example maybe he writes in the contract that if he uses emperor time on whoever is the owner or is in allegiance with the owner of the rest of the scarlet eyes he no longer has to worry about the amount of time spent in it. if anything he might be able to write a 2nd clause in there that states if he retrieves the rest of the scarlet eyes without killing who has them he gets all the time back he lost with emperor time.
Could even be a clause for the phantom troupe as well. We don't know how specific or long these contracts can be so there could be multiple things he could gain from 1 contract

Honestly I think this chapter shows just why Abengane was given an S rank. When people in the Hunter x Hunter world talks about nen curses they all seem so hopeless like it doesn't matter what happens that curse is just going to be there and if you try to deal with it, it will just kill you. There's a known nen-exorsist on the boat yet none of the kids are lining up to have their murder death curse removed, probably because your everyday nen-exorcist can't deal with it. We've been spoiled with Abengane being able to just turn some of the strongest nen-curses around into a gingerroot goblin to carry around for a while so we don't really see nen-curses as big of a deal as we perhaps should because as it is there's literally only one man that we know off that can deal with any nen-curse thrown at him the rest of the nen exorcists seems woefully limited in relation to him.

I don't see Behond as the one the add curses, but Marione could be, also Togashi added a puppet drawing and Marione dress as a puppet, so maybe was her doing.
I feel like we should look at Beyond mentioning a requirement for dark continent travel is a contract and his child just happens to have an ability all about contracts.
Something about the contract that is bugging me is the fact that the '5th prince' is a title that may change is we take into account that there is a son that is Beyond's, so, not a real prince. That bumps the order numbers up one position. It is again going around the ambiguous nature of the terms.
What if instead of 1 prince there are 2 or 3 and they find one & kill them and the other is ignored. I think this is a possibility
Here me out, only few know about the nen beasts besides the kakin people, what if beyond found out about them and the ceremony, had the children to counter the ceremonies ability the kakin king wants to do, seeing those straw dolls on the trees “warding off spirits” just threw an image of all of beyond’s children with their arms out protecting his cause( the inside of the tree I.e exploration into the unknown)
What if Beyond's goal is to kill the zodiacs? 12 curses to kill 12 of the hunter association's strongest leaders, at which point Pariston or Ging can step in and take control of the situation. Freeing Beyond, and letting him end the succession war however he prefers

To have the name Netero you have to be special showing traits in this household name. You have to be witty , unpredictable, and do that stretch behind the legs. Four princes can be high possibly he is cold hearted and he is smart. It has to be one of the elder princes.
1. I don't think Beyond was the one that used a curse on the babies. He may have initiated them, but I think it might be someone else who did the cursing. I think Longhi meant "My father and those working with him placed a curse upon us".
2. oh thank god I wasn't the only one who thought Wobble could be (or already is) 'initiated'
3. 8:00 btw, what happens to the succession war and Nasubi's plans if Kacho's body is not recovered? What's gonna happen once Nasubi realizes the current Kacho is a copy?

So reason for Woble Nen Parasite Beast being Invisible is due to Jar ceremony forcibly awakening her nen as an infant, which lead to subconsious development of Ten and Zetsu
And thanks to Tseri we know that when Carier of Nen Parasite uses Zetsu beast is forcibly unsummoned
I feel like Togashi sensei took at least some inspiration from JJK when it comes to this curse Nen ability
My theory is Kurapika might use the contract with Hisoka to help him kill the spiders or to set up a contract with another prince.
With as many bodies that have nen but arent hunters such as the Troupe, Meteor city elders, temp hunters, the khakin empire, Non hunter greed island players, Beyonds crew, the Zoldyks. I feel like hunters only make up atmost 10% of nen users maybe even 1%.
There is still the chance that kacho was a curse user since father her death fugetsu has been followed by cursed like spirits or even better the guard that helped them since the nen "hands" reached for.them just after his shot himself

What if there is a Zero prince that is technically not any of the known public prince's. Being born from one of the kings wives before she was married to the king BUT still falls under the rules for succession.
