Beautiful powerful there is nothing more pure than that love and loyalty and respect these young women and men have for the culture and importance the vital intent to never lose that foundation of their ancestory...that is such a powerful and loving dedication of the adults raising these young men and women and the never-ending ongoing encouragement of the adults the community to support and guide them, these videos show time and time again the reflection of the truely pure kind loving good soul of each individual the teachers and students the parents their children the families and the ancestors so telling such pure respect brings tears to my eyes...so many people wandering this earth without guidance without their foundation without any loyalty no one to support who they are and how to treat themselves or others,..flailing no direction a lost soul...these videos show much more than the song or the haka...these videos represent solidarity goodness souls that are purposeful respectful and good character integrity and pure of heart kind intent and nurturing to be the best person you can representing yourself your family your ancestors fierce unselfish kind loving and promoting by example to this world how everyone is supposed to be how a human being is meant to be...you should be very proud all of you because you are a brilliant beacon of light to those who may have lost their way in the darkness as well as a constant source of appreciation and admiration to never hide your light together you make this sky a beautiful constellation a good guide a constant comfort of what is truly beautiful and pure...thank you for sharing these videos. It is clearly so many hours and months and years of dedication practise and sacrifice to present such fine performances and unselfish giving of YOURSELVES and sharing with everyone what is in your hearts. I SEND YOU all love respect and admiration and my ongoing support to those who teach and those willing to learn and encourage everyone to shine as brightly as you can for those who are lost in the dark. God bless and hold you all with His loving embrace may your joy and love in your life be so full it spills on every soul you reach...see? IT already has...because you reached my soul. Thank you. 🌎✌🏼
My year 6 teacher taught our class this song/dance in Chung Wah Primary School in the Solomon Islands, 1987. Thanks Rocky Terita. So happy to stumble across it now. I can still remember the song and most of the actions for the dance.
Nagyon tiszta és inspiráló kultúra , mosolygós és tisztalelkű emberek, akik őszintén mutatják ki belső érzelmeiket és büszkék is rá. Jó látni hogy még van ilyen......
Beautiful music and dance! I have been twice in Hawaii and enjoyed polynesian music/dance in the polynesian cultural center (Oahu), luaus, etc, and could discover this music. Everytime I heard/see this music/dance, it comes to my mind sea, wind, coconut trees, happy people fishing, singing and dancing. Congratulations to keep alive these traditions!
Kia ora! This such a great performance! I will practice at home because i have Kapa hapa at school also thank you for your performance ! this makes me remember the moves also have a good day!
I actually need to learn the kupu properly because I never went to an maori broading school at all ,and it really piss me off, that is where I should really be at being an real maori broading school ex student and I will never forget it at all

First off, it is not 'dances' and we do these to show how much love and peace we have for something. Or it can be a protest. When you post stuff like this on the internet we find it VERY extremely offensive. Please refrain to post comments like this to stop you from getting hate
