Thanks man. This is pure gold and saves a fella hours of looking and figuring.
Man, thank you very much for the video you made..you helped me financially.. may god give you strength and wisdom. Thanks once more.
I really appreciate you being so thorough on this how to video! I’m watching it as I work through the same repair and you have saved me tons of time. 👍👍
Am going to tackle this job on my 2005 X3 today. Going to try and do it without taking off the intake manifold. In case I have to take it off your video will be very helpful. Thank you so much.
Hi Zeiten. Thanks for the reply. Your videos are great and very useful. I currently own a 2004 x5 with the M54 engine and has been very reliable. It has 300 plus kilometres and still going strong.
Really Helpful. Doing mine today in tandem with my oil filter housing gasket, water pump, Thermostat housing, and lower radiator hose. Then onto the Thrust arm bushings, CV boot repair, diff oil change, as well as transfer case fluid.
Thanks so much. It’s the first time I’ve tried anything so complex and I wouldn’t have even thought about it without this video and your help. Nearly completed rebuild and I do have two hard plastic pipes I can’t find connections for - one comes out any the tank ventilation valve but isn’t the one to the valve (looks like it comes from drive housing near left front wheel), and the other is attached to a bracket with the dipstick - so one front and one at rear of air intake manifold. I’ll just leave them hanging and give it a go, unless you have any ideas or advice. Thanks again - great work.
Sir you are the best and most precise I’ve seen yet thank you
Tim I So Appreciate you ✌️and you thoroughness in your walk through videos are Amazing 🤩 I have the exact BMW 2006 E53 !!
Thank you, Tim. I was a little inhibited by the look and feel of European upon purchasing the X5.... You made the unknown look easy.
Very nice and informative! Thank you, awesome video!
Tim, you are the master mate👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 best explanation on youtube
Thank you so much this job was still a pain but this helped very much
Nicely Done Now I know where my vacuum hoses route too I was getting lean codes
Thank you so much for this video, it helped me a lot, thank you again
Good job, congratulations
I learn some new. Good job
Beautiful! Great video.
Excellent video tutorial, but I think I may need that link for the longer oil pan to ventilator hose; it’s mentioned in the video, but I don’t see it in the description. I do thank you for one of the best vehicle repair ones I’ve seen/worked with; it’s been extremely valuable.
Perfect, I was able to do mine only difference was whenever I lifted up the intake manifold under it going from manifold to the starter is a electrical wire that has a bolt on it, took that off and manifold came off like a piece of cake
