We live in Chiang Mai and we're looking for an exceptional Resort experience outside of the city in the mountains we noticed your video. We checked out Panviman Spa Resort , the reviews on Google Maps are loaded with comments about how the property is dated the rooms have a smell and the properties hay day was probably in the 1990s and it needs an update. Also comments about the breakfast being ho-hum especially for the price. You know in Thailand when you're paying more than $100 a night for a room you should get an amazing stay. Interesting video but I'm not sure that this particular property should have been on it. We will continue to search for an outstanding boutique/spa Mountain getaway stay
Thanks so much for your feedback! I believe that the majority of the reviews on google map are quite positive, but of course the hotel is not perfect, and the rates have increased quite a bit. We really give it to Panviman when it comes to the views the hotel offers and the spacious room. Do let us know if find another gem for mountain stay :) Have a great holiday!
