Unboxing CGC Comics - Surprising Results From Pressing

I had completely forgotten about this consignment so it was a surprise to get them.
Let me know in the comments if you think the grades are about right. Ive tried to put an assortment of Before and After photos. Hope this helps to show improvements made.

Great vid. I feel your pain when the books come back lower than expected. Iv had a few come back recently with unexpected purple labels, almost cried!

Some nice books. I thought of Dr Frankenstein when you were shouting “It’s a nine!, It’s a nine!’ I know some of mine will be coming back with lower grades, I’m hoping over time I’ll get better at judging them before they go! Great vid again. Love to see the starting collection you got

It all started so so well 👍 Still enjoyable mate. Hope you get the notes, I really do think it’s poor that when you don’t get say above a 9.0 they don’t include the notes as standard.
I have been wondering if it has anything to do with which tier the books are in based on how much it’s cost to grade etc. Hmm 🤔

Jason Parker Yeah I’m going to keep an eye on my first submission and see what happens there as I’ve got books spread between Modern, Value and Economy see if there are any differences in service level.

Were the pics you took of them raw (as seen in the video before you reveal the grade) pressed or unpressed pics? They seem pressed and def reflect the grades you got.
