Most probably, what I did is: 1) Cut using your bottom-hand index finger. 2) Immediately after, cut using your bottom-hand middle finger. When I say "immediately after", I mean it! Thanks!
Correct, first I used a C whistle (plastic whistle by Dixon) and then I switched to a D whistle (Dixon Trad). The low whistle is a D low whistle throughout the whole tune, so first I played the tune in D, which made me half-cover the E hole in order to get an F natural. Thanks for watching!

I have a D Trad Dixon, too! Half-holing is hard, especially when you play fast. This is a great arrangement! Very well done!!!
