Nice summary of the system. We have 5-6 panels and, overall, they're pretty good but we've had some serious issues with one panel in particular going offline and taking out the ability for folks to enter and leave the building. The other issue is with the keypad/prox readers in outdoor environments. They're VERY susceptible to UV rays and, after only a year in service, ours look cracked and awful. They still work but I'm not certain they're going to last much longer in direct sunlight. More than anything, Nelly's has been really responsive and helpful in our process so regardless of the system they're a really good partner and vendor for us.
Thanks for this instructional video. I will really like this more if there is no intense music kicks in every section that hurt my ear. Your voice is clear and professional, instruction is very easy to understand.
Hey, awesome video! Question! I have one of these coming in to replace a netaxs123. My door lock is a magnetic lock that is NO. Where does the Return (black) go to on this thing?
Hello, please tell me how we can use door contact on Atlas 400. we allso have MR 101 readers, it's not in/out reader. so i want to use 2 readers to open 1 door. Can you Help please ?
So on an Atlas 400, you're going to need to take up 2 door terminals to have a reader on both. Only the Atlas 200 and 100 come with enough readers to handle in and out for all the doors. If you don't have a spare door to use for the extra reader, then we would recommend buying an Atlas 100 panel just for that door and setting it up as a secondary panel. If you need wiring diagrams for what you're trying to accomplish, hit us up at customerservice@nellyssecurity.com and we'll get you taken care of.
You will need to hit up zkteco for that information as we no longer sell the app licenses. They make it to where you have to contact them directly now.
@@NellysSecurity fantastic, I found a stand alone bio reader so I was considering that one but the “standalone “ got me . Gotta do some research and make sure it’ll work with the board
so lets say i have a building that needs AC on 14 doors (possibly more) would i need to buy 4 different panel and set the whole system up 4 different times with all the users and everything? or do they work in a cluster?

How do you set up a prox card to the system?
Could this be used with an Electric Strike instead of a Mag? Thanks for doing this video!
Absolutely. Matter of fact, you can just use about any type of electric lock
How much are additional app licenses?
You will need to hit up zkteco for that information as we no longer sell the app licenses. They make it to where you have to contact them directly now.
Will these work with other types of bio readers? Or just finger print ?
It will work with any ZKTeco bio reader. Including face recognition, fingerprints, and anything else you can find.

Are you needing in/out Reader?
so lets say i have a building that needs AC on 14 doors (possibly more) would i need to buy 4 different panel and set the whole system up 4 different times with all the users and everything? or do they work in a cluster?
You would have (3) 4 door panels and (1) 2 door panel in this case. And yes they would all work together
