I managed to get the phone to charge, I reset all the settings and it worked, but now it doesn't want to charge, I tried 2 times and nothing, very strange
The cable that came with the new s23 series will not fast charge 2.0 you need a 5a 100w emarker usbc cable, as well as a compatible brick.
Only thing worked for me was I turned on protect battery..try it
Nothing helped unfortunately
