I am in no way a basketball player. I'm just a college kid that listened to the words in this video everyday for a year and brought my GPA from 0.7 to a 3.8. Whether you agree with the workouts or not, these words are paradigm shifting, life altering, world changing words and I thank ImPossibleTraining for this video as well as pt 2 Blind for life

Joining this basketball program and joining the 3 day a weak plan with Bryce Stanhope was the best basketball decision I have ever made. I went from the oldest person on my team and averaging 6 points to being the youngest and averaging 18 and leading my team to a 28-1 season record, thanks Bryce!

I love when they mention humility. I've had quite a few knee injuries that nearly ruined my football career and gave me arthritis. But I'm still going. My motivation isn't being blind, my motivation to keep training is to make sure I don't end up in a wheelchair. I do everything I can so I can walk. They were humbling experiences, and it really allowed me to push myself.
    LOVE this video.

Wow thank you for this speech. I’ve started playing basketball again (didn’t play for a year) and I’ve joined my uni team in hope to win a specific completion. I’ve been training as hard as ever and I can see I’ve been making progress but I still feel like I’m waaay behind the others and I afraid I’m just going to be a burden for the team. But I’m going to work even harder, to train with as much motivation as I can, because I know I can do it. Of course I lack a bit of skills in comparison to my teammates because I’m still a beginner, but I’m not a quitter and I won’t make progress if I keep getting afraid of trying new things !! That works for you too, keep your head up and keep going !!

This a real deal conditioning program. As far as skill development that are applicable to the game, it may lack actual use ( not sure how many people have basketballs fired at them like dodgeball while they are dribbling in a game). It does develop dribbling but so does playing scrimmage or pick up games (even one on one). The NBA players mainly use it as preseason conditioning as they do not need someone who didn't play in the NBA to coach them on how to play in the NBA. Awesome conditioning program though.

JGRinzler aight dude heres what i can tell you. Don't blame other people for you not being able to work hard. Go out work hard and prove the people messin with you wrong. Thats what ive been doing for about a year and its been paying off man. I remember in 7th grade ive been ass at basketball. Was lucky if i got a bucket in a house badketball league. Now im in high school and im able to compete with high school players. Just remember, hard work always pay off. It doesnt matter where you come from whether your parents cant help you or not, always look for ways to improve. Especially now days the internet has everything. If you dont know how to get better than learn. Dont let anything stop you from getting better.
      Good luck dude

You are aware that people have been cured daily of blindness just from having someone praying on them in Jesus' name?! Would you give Him everything you got? Deny yourself daily to just know Him? Would you even accept the idea that He is real. I've met Him.

I enjoy playing ball and have been looking for drills to practice for the next time I go down to the courts to play again... think I just found some. Crazy stuff, boys. Well done.

It just comes down to how motivated you are to do what you love to do in life. Just remember that

Don't worry if you feel a lot of pressure because Diamonds are made through intense pressure. So when you feel pressure be a diamond.

Love the videos. I've been watching them for about Month now. I went from being crossed over all the time to keep a tight defense on a lot of people that come my. I've also went from shooting poorly to shooting 3s and even half court shots. The jump training works, i went from having a 10 in vertical to having a 24 in vertical. The only downside to all this is yall dont have a training center in Alabama. Please try yalls best to get one down here so people like me can increase there game and become the ultimate baller
