That makes a great lawn ornament too. =p
Great ideas Khang
Your videos are well explained for gardeners who need tips on growing.
Philippines here & i love growing chili plants.
My soil is collected & made from areas with ground cover from other plants.
Mixed topsoil dirt with charcoal , sand , coconut coir.
Fertilizing with moringa leaves blended with water & fresh cut alow vera.
Growing hybids of thai chili & my favorite ghost pepper.
Soon will purchase from shoppie some Carolina reaper seeds.

Great idea 💡
You have the perfect imagination to be a Master Pepper Grower Khang! Is this the beginning of your Unique Plant Container series of 2023? Could be a very enjoyable series! -Bob...
I love your idea, Bob! Maybe I should make this a series =)
It’s very cute. I hope you make more videos like this
My 7 pot brain strain yellow in a kratky mason jar just started to show it's first bulb. I am so excited. I might cross it with a Fatalii. I lost everything I was gonna cross earlier.
Thanks for the content as usual
Fun project.
I get all of the plastic kitty litter containers I want from friends. They are about 2.5-3 gallons and I drill holes in the bottom and sides. For larger sizes I use 5-6 gallon buckets. I have also successfully used the fabric type reusable grocery bags as grow bags. They last (barely,) one season.
Interesting project, should have put the feeding straw at the back so it looks a tail and not a *you know what*😂😂😂
What a fun idea, I don't know if you mentioned it in the video, what fertilizer did you use, or did you use any?
He covers the details of plant food in another video. I believe he uses Dyna Grow for plants and it’s a ratio of 10ml Dyna Grow per gallon of water. Hope this helps.
@@michaelwagner3952 Thanks
The other person who commented about the Dyna Grow is right, he also has another video where he goes over ALL THE DIFFERENT FERTILIZERS HE HAS USED IVER THE YEARS and he says that basically ALL of them work the same and it doesn’t make any difference at all he always gets good results. He also uses Aerogarden and all the other typical hydroponic ones that everyone uses and I myself have experimented with about 10 different kinds and I got the same results that he got…. They all work equally as good and all that matters is that you take care of your plant and keep it in good health by doing all the things we are supposed to do for the plant to stay in good health ♥️ when doing any plant in soil you should always use a slow release fertilizer (many to choose from) and when planting it in always use a fast immediate release fertilizer (liquid).
Fun!
Did this to a Sardinian beer bottle once...
Do you still have your Frankenstein plant yet with multiple Grafts
That tree is gone. I need to make a new one!
Bongs 101
What’s your oldest pepper plant?
Awesome question, I'm curious as well. I have a ghost pepper plant on its 5th year now. I'm sure he has to have me beat easily :-)
I usually don't keep them very long. My oldest was 3 yrs old.
My oldest chilli trees x 2 Birds eye were 9 years old. They were super abundant with hundreds of chillies for most of the year. I still have a Naga chilli growing it has been 7 years.
I would have put a water reservoir in the bottom.
im thinking of doing something like this and keeping it in my car as its spring and the sun is on it all day at work and the flatmates stupid little dumb dog keeps digging up my shit
Im curious about the results of this, ventilation will be a problem i suppose
I've had bad experience with Promix "Moisture Mix" this year. Had to throw away all of the pepper plants I used because of bacterial disease caused by the excess moisture the soil retains. As well as deformed plant leaves and stem growth. Similar to the deformed leaves you show in this vid. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
that's a very important info, thanks for sharing (even though I can't even get the stuff)
You blamed over watering on the soil mix rather than you over watering 😂
@@jasonl1184 You comment when you didn't experience the soil yourself. Don't assume when you don't know.
