    This episode is about restoring the Mini front subframe.
    In the first part of the subframe restoration we cleaned and painted the subframe. Now it's time to assemble everything back on the subframe.
    The castle nuts on the wheelhubs will be torqued when the driveshafts are installed.

      @@restoringaclassic9489 yeah ahahaha winter got me (can’t rly paint with our classic 3º dry wether or our famous 10º heavy rain, ty Belgium) so I’m doing Carb (using ur vid btw) and Distributor, I’ll go for driveshaft next I guess !

    That caliper is upside down, bleeder should be facing up

    shouldn't the bleeder valve be facing the top of the caliper ?

    Dont place grease on the bottom of the joint cups keeps them high in the socket unless you going for concourse resto use more stainless such as the grease nipples and those bump stop and bushes would be better in silicon could have powdercoted the subframe

      Powder coated looks good for 5mins hamerright looks good for 5 too 10 years😊

      Have fun! 😋 Heb je een lijstje nodig van alle onderdelen die je moet vervangen voor een revisie (rubbers en dergelijke), of een lijstje met alle onderdelen?
