You have Insane strong hip flexors. May I regress this by adding a cushion to sit on for more height for a deeper straddle? Am not very flexibile with straddles. Have a great day warrior!🙏
I have a question for you ! I m doing middle split for awhile ! I’m to the point struggling to get my legs in full straight align with my hips ! I wonder you could give me some tips to pass that barrier, thank you 🙏

Work on the single leg lifts and as those get stronger you'll work your way up to the double leg! You got this!!

Absolutely. I recommend either sitting on a cushion or a yoga block as a great way to work towards these.
