    This is perfect! I've been pole dancing since Nov 2018 and have my first PSO competition in March, I have no prior dance experience so I've been on the search for a good video like this with daily exercises!

    Hi there, I love your videos. I aspire to be as flexible and graceful as you. I'm not even able to lift both my legs in a straddle. Any tips on building strength to get there? Thanks!

      Work on the single leg lifts and as those get stronger you'll work your way up to the double leg! You got this!!

    You have Insane strong hip flexors. May I regress this by adding a cushion to sit on for more height for a deeper straddle? Am not very flexibile with straddles. Have a great day warrior!🙏

      Absolutely. I recommend either sitting on a cushion or a yoga block as a great way to work towards these.

    I have a question for you ! I m doing middle split for awhile ! I’m to the point struggling to get my legs in full straight align with my hips ! I wonder you could give me some tips to pass that barrier, thank you 🙏

    🌤Hey Sunshine, not only an amazing mind for Teaching but amazing Toes as well lol, I've seen Toes do that. Something developed from maybe Ballet or a Natural?
