22:03 I'm almost at the end of the video already, but I am enjoying this scenario due to it using such history I had little knowledge about.
This makes me think of a possible scenario: what if the reorganized govermlent of china survived ww2 and won the civil war?
Isolated for a bit but night become an ally against communism, maybe communism survives in Manchukuo/Manchuria

@@christianbolisca1493That was George Washington and the Founding Fathers wanted it (which ironically some of them including Washington and Thomas Jefferson had own numerous slaves) but due of political power being corrupt, it unfortunately never happened and that led many events including the American Civil War & Civil Rights Movements and even slavery is long gone, the nation was still divided to this day.
2:29 this is and isn't accurate. Whilst manchus obviously live there, thanks to centuries of qing integration efforts, manchus don't make up anywhere near a majority in manchuria and didnt even in 1930.
Although I'm aware of this, you are right about my phrasing being bad. I should have said "historically populated" instead.
