I'm so confused. I've watched many videos on this bag, the same one with the gold logo and leather pebble grain and they hang much longer and more comfortable. Even on women I've seen that appear bigger than this lady, which clearly isn't big at all. Are there two different strap lengths. Where did you get yours? I just ordered from far-fetch and hope I don't have the same issue.

yes it is smaller on me but I think if I bought an extender for the belt it will fit better and the belt part only comes in one size
