i use those brushes for 35 years and they are dangerous as hell because sometimes they grab into the piece you're working on and can rip the entire grinder
out of your hands. And those steel wires do break off, so never ever, and i say again, never ever use them without safety gogles, because i have had hundreds
of those wires being launged into my clothes and skin and even in my forhead, so you sure don't want one in your eyes because then you're blind alright.
Now you can fix skin and bones, but ot your eyes, so do use safety gogles because i have 35 years experience, so i know what i'm talking about.

@ Hello Lord sinclair. They are made for an angle grinder alright, and this one in the video with the twisted knotted wires are the better ones because
they don't wear as fast. These days there are sanding disks with pieces of think and hard sandpaper glued on it, and i use those now because
they are waaaaaaaaay much safer than those brushes. And people should learn to "steer" the angle grinder over a work piece,
specialy at the edge of a work piece because you need to tilt the grinder in a position so that the brush won't grab the piece.
So for example when you have a square sheet metal in front of you, and you want to clean the top edge,
then you need to tilt the grinder a little to the left, so that the brush is only making contact from 7 to 11 o'clock ( in case the grinder
spins clockwise that is) because tilted to the right the brush has contact from 1 to 5 oçlock and then the brush will grab the edge and that can cause the grinder to get ripped out of your hands. Anyway, i recomend those disks with layers of sandpaper on them, because those brushes are already dangerous as hell for a experienced person like myself,
let alone for a unexperiënced person. And i know what i'm talking about because i collected alot of scars and about 12 stitches over the past 4 decades.

@@alphasiera1757 You're welcome! From all tools i think that an anglegrinder is the most dangerous one, because i had a few accidents with them alright,
and also with a very cheap cutting disk because i had one that just exploded to pieces while i was cutting, and that made my little pinky finger
look like pulled pork, so also no more cheap disks for me. It came from a package of 10, and i did throw those 9 that were left in the garbage bin!
Well done and liked.. wire cup brush comes in 2 types in the market as you shown.. the steel color and the gold color.. what are the differences and which is better for old wall paint removal?
The gold color as you call it is a brass wheel, it is a bit more delicate and won't scratch the way steel does

Max rated RPM is 8500 but all Angle grinders are 12000 RPM.. How does that work? Safety??
12000 RPMs are at no load.

I use grinder's for grinding cutting cleaning brushing and removing paint and rust I remove paint and rust on a drill also

A separate brush will come in handy for that, it is only for metal.
why my grinder vibrate so hard when using that
The vibrations are coming from an unbalanced wire wheel, or one that is spinning over it's rated speed. Should have nothing to do with the grinder.
The problem might be in your attachment and not the grinder.
Try using a smaller diameter cup brush, they are rated for higher rpm, and usually dont vibrate as much as the larger wheels.
The problem is either with the grinder or the wire wheel. So swap the cut-off wheel and the wire wheel to see where the problem is. If it's the grinder, take it back to HF and swap it. If it's the wheel, you might have to buy another.

Grinders are not meant to be used as polishers. Bosch makes low quality angle grinders and if you continue using it like this you will need to change carbon often and might have to change its armature soon.
