i never realized his pants were darker towards the bottom to show him like traveling through the water, thats a really subtle but really good touch!
It's very sculpted and detailed and very accured it's AWESOME ! peace
Suicide Squad Croc bummed me out. To me, Kiler Croc is like a Colossus, Juggernaut, or Hulk. Character has to be CGI to be represented well.
Depends on the artist. He varies from big to huge.
I don't vibe with the 10 foot tall 1300 pound version because he's supposed to be "human". I imagine him in the 6'10" range. While we're at it...
Wolverine should ALWAYS be under 6 feet tall.
I feel you, Wade, but I mean in the sense of needing CGI to excute the character overall. Its one thing to cast an actor to portray Green Lantern (Although his suit doesn't need to be CGI😁) but its another thing the have a dude in make-up play Thanos, Ben Grimm, Ghost Rider, The Lizard, Doomsday, etc.
Aaaah that neck seam. Oh well. I love the coloring on the pants. That with the splash effect really adds the the wet look.
I love this croc especially his alligator man face! I love the detail of his eyes, skin and nails! Fantastic detail! Definately a fave next to the SSC statue you reviewed a few vids ago!

underrated piece, I sold it then bought it back again, pretty sure they were going for his appearance in hush with the Ex head. He has the long snout and more croc shaped head in that from memory.
I'm a Prime1 fan but Sideshow did a great job this time..I like this version a lot

Jeph Loeb/Jim Lee introduced the more Crocodile looking Killer Croc in Batman: Hush. He had been mutated into a new, animalistic hybrid.
i never really thought jim lee was good at drawing killer croc, his only good croc is in the rebirth suicide squad comics

Gem thanks again for such an honest review as ever. For me the neck seam is disappointing but I absolutely love his back. I was wondering the same thing regarding which comic has Killer Croc with a full crocodile/alligator head. My favorite Croc statue is the one where Batman is above him and landing a solid kick and Croc is being pushed backward by the weight of Batman's attack.

Another cool video, im surprised by the height of the statue because killer croc is normally massive, guess that's just how they wanted the statue size, also that's the first time I seen that croc head, I agree I don't know where that head is from.
The crocodile head switch-out looks way more BEASTMODE. The crocodile head switch-out is precisely the reason this is better than the Prime 1 Killer Croc statue. BTW, the crocodile head is from Batman: Hush.

So I was going through your channel and looked up Penguin, and nothing came up for just him. Is it that there are no statues like Killer Croc (for example) but for Penguin, or are you just not interested. Penguin is my favorite villain and I would like to see a Penguin statue review (if possible).

The paint on that statues incredible just the shading it looks so real it's the level of detail amazing I don't like the exclusive head I like the comic book accurate head better
Not to distract from this Crazy Awsome piece but can someone explain why we have never got a Riddler or Penguin PF statue from anywhere? Very main stream Batman characters that haven't been represented. Just a wierd thought. This Croc is exactly what you'd want from a statue of him.

It’s a nice piece but I’m shocked they pushed out 750 of these. I mean this isn’t the only Croc statue and you have something like XM Moon Knight (which imo is a gorgeous piece) at under 300 I believe.
Great looking piece apart from Solomon Grundy's fabric trousers, I really don't know why they bother with mixed media, It really is most off putting. I prefer the comicbook portrait as the 'croc' portrait is too small and too much like a an actual crocodile, It doesn't work at all. Comicbook accuracy all the way for me! The neck seam can be easily fixed with Apoxie sculpt. Great review as always, cheers 8-)

The human like reptilian head portrait looks better than the actual alligator head portrait with the alligator head portrait kinda of look like Leather Head from TMNT animated series. The statue looks nice comic and Batman animated series accurate. The pants looks nice personally mixed media on statues looks better it brings out the character more, the pants though would've looked better if it were to be filthy and a bit torn on the cuffs of the pants and some rips on the front and back of the pants to show some scaling skin of the character and where he's been since he lives in the sewers. But the statue looks nice.
Not a bad Killer Croc statue, but if you own the other one for Arkham this one probably isn't needed. Aesthetically the Croc statues are probably the most similar looking of the Bat Rogues where you've looked at multiple versions. Not feeling the exclusive head. With that head he seems like he'd fit in better with a set of TMNT statues as a stand-in/substitute for Leatherhead.

Prime 1 built a more intimidating model to be honest. The realistic croc head is a mistake to me.

The exclusive seems like it could be a Lizard repaint from Marvel. Still, cool statue.
I liked This one. The base is the best. The other croc was great but the pants on these are better. Simple a rope belt . The crocodile head is not the way he should look.

Nice statue but that neck seam is horrible. Like u, I prefer the more traditional portrait as its more comic accurate and it reminds me of Arkham asylum. I like the other portrait 2 but as a separate hypothetical IP. Base is fantastic. Great review bro. ✌
The crocodile portrait looks kinda weird to me...I prefer the standard portrait.

Killer croc is such a cool character but I have never, and will never like this piece. I think the proportions and head sculps are so poorly done.
