No third person is more adequate
Yes, it is! I would suggest only using it at the beginning in the introduction parts of the chapters, rather than within the whole essay.

you are coping someone else work . Why the same title?
There are THOUSANDS of videos on RUclips that have the exact same title. It is not a problem at all - many people have copied my titles and as a creator I have no issue with it. My content in this video is completely different (if you watch the video when it is out). But, I'm using the same title to help with SEO on the platform, which is a marketing method that pulls the same viewers towards a similar topic.
