I completely understood where you are coming from, I suffer with productivity guilt and I sometimes feel disappointed when I don't accomplish some things, or I look at the time and say to myself I should have done X number of task by now. I tend to feel disappointed and sad with myself. Is a struggle 😫
I know! It's such a struggle to overcome mentally but you have to keep reminding yourself that you're allowed time to rest!
