On December 31, 2022, police were in a brief pursuit of a stolen vehicle in Fond du Lac, WI. The vehicle quickly pulled over and released two occupants while continuing to flee. Visual was soon lost. Minutes later, the suspect was located again and led law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit for several miles. Eventually, they acquired some air time off a curb, lost control, and ultimately struck a deputy head-on.
The purpose of the featured content is to show the law enforcement interaction. It is NOT to publicly shame, ridicule, or degrade the individuals involved. Today’s world is swarmed with politics and conversations that are often misleading about our law enforcement officers. We feel it is vastly significant and imperative to show these interactions in their respective environments to inform and educate the overall public.

Good work officers. God bless you all. Wisconsin civilians are a bunch of nuts.
Lying bastards he didn't try to run. This is why cops are assholes.
I understand there are Knuckleheads like this out there I used to be 1. What what reason is there so many police there after it's over? Is it to gossip? It's like that everywhere. And that is definitely a waste of taxpayers money! Although we don't need to defund the police and we don't need Anarchy that is uncalled for having all those police standing around being paid for what? It's not defunding the police it's using tax dollars more wisely when it's not needed like where I live. Nothing ever happens in Batavia New York but there's so many police it's ridiculous no we don't need all of them

The female deputy who is keeping the situation calm and concerned for the suspect's safety is the real MVP. She's calm while speaking to him and doing her best to keep the scene calm. I have a ton of respect for her demeanor during the interaction.
I felt intense mom energy coming from her tbh 😂
When she said spell it for me I had to check to see if I was on pornhub bro said his name agen 😂
Every time there is an accident, they show concern for the person. It’s no difference between the two, she just was the one that was handling the suspect at that time. There is always one, she happened to be it, this time.
@@shaylablueangel agreed but as an LEO myself, I've never used profanity or taken my anger out on a subject just because they endangered the lives of others. The chase is over, and the cop in the accident is ok, make the arrest, and move on. The extra emotional responses are unnecessary.
Well she had the privilege of not having to restrain him. She was in a position to. And let’s not forgot how much of a dick that guy acted after

Actually it was the police endangering everyone’s lives. Let him go, don’t chase him at high speeds through residential neighborhoods and gas station parking lots.

It's great how the officers decompress after incident is under control. You can watch them going from high alert to becoming relaxed over a few minutes of talking to each other
It’s how you manage that adrenaline
Idk how cops do it without having friends in their precincts

Also why the fuck are they letting the cop that got hit wander around? He's in shock, they need to sit him down and give him a drink or something before he can even tell if he's hurt. This trash bag felon almost got me. I almost started to feel a bit of empathy because he acted like he really was sorry. Then his real self came out with pretending to be a jail house lawyer and knowing his rights etc, so it was easy to see he's had many encounters with police. Sure enough, a convicted felon on probation and nothing but a threat to all citizens and especially police. I trust lengthy jail time will now happen and that officer that was hit, I hope he's good to go but I bet will feel his injuries the next day when the soreness kicks in and adrenalin wears off. Great job by police.
I love how during the chase, this guy still uses his blinkers at stop signs. That's better than many drivers who don't run from the police

So with all those charges, do you have any estimate on how much time he would get for this? He was already on probation with numerous 1st and 2nd degree felonies. Plus will he have to pay for all the damages to the stolen car and police car?
Seems like so many like him are fleeing because the punishment isn’t too significant for them to try and get away. I mean $25000 bail seems small for the seriousness of the crimes

This guy better spend a ton of time behind bars this time. He was given a second chance and did EVERYTHING that he did before AND MORE. He clearly can't function in society without being a criminal. Finally make him learn a really hard lesson. It's the only way these guys learn. Anything less than ten years would be a travesty.
As a former drug addict. Every time I was arrested, I never resisted, or gave any problems. A lot of these departments have friendly competitions with how many stick deployments you can get in a month. That's how bad the stolen and carjacking problem is. If you're a cop in a place even near a large city you could easily be in 2-3 chases a day trying to stop stolen cars. At very least these thieves are stealing a person's ability to get to work. At worst they also shove a gun in their face or even pistol whip you. They have no regard for anything and our society won't survive if we don't deal with them like we would terrorists. Because that's what they are.

@@dps67 They never got the go ahead for a pit yet, that's why they didn't pit
@@realityforward WI police are like CA; they will endanger the public for hours b4 they do. Unlike AR, who will PIT asap!
i feel bad for the poor officer who was so pumped to use the stop sticks only to be told the dude was heading elsewhere now....I hope he gets his moment
I felt the pain in his voice... He'll get his time
Hahahahahha
4:50 The ole "I'm tripping...day gabe me sumpin" defense.
2:25, that officers reaction of not being able to deploy stop sticks had me 😆. On the other hand, job well done officers.
I really like when they show footage from after the arrest, it really humanizes the officers who are dealing with this bs
Same here, I’m always curious how situations like these should be handled. After they make the arrests, they make sure the person isn’t too badly injured and actually treat them like human beings. Respect to these officers! I just wish they were all this honorable and considerate.
@Childish E I could tell when the female officer spoke, he took it in and listened, and you could see it calm him down. Even when he was about to flip out when getting searched, she stepped in there and handled it
As an EMT I love seeing the interactions between all the first responders. I always get there when all the shit talking has started so I love the fire guy shooting the shit just trying to get an idea of the speed of the crash. Always the best part of the job is chatting with the other responders and offering appropriate dark humor so they know you aren't an imposter.
Your favorite part probably isn't a motorcycle "accident" where the guy's head is still in the helmet on the ground.

Dark humor is always the best 👌
i need to move to one of these states from the video, i like how theres almost no traffic everywhere they go, nyc traffic is crazy
