How to Make a Bee's Knees

After a month-long hiatus, we're back in the mix! For this week's cocktail, we're covering a cocktail from the Roaring 20's: the Bee's Knees!
2 oz Gin
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
