@@muzaqqiralibaig It's more likely that everything has already been said elsewhere (including poor-quality attempts to disprove accusations), plus it's off-topic here anyway.
I prefer technical over speedrunning personally, since speedrunning is mostly based on what random seed you get and less on incredibly in-depth knowledge.
I see merit in both and flaws in both. In speedrunning you severely limit your one major resource (time) which forces you to interact with the game in creative and unconventional ways, placing emphasis on certain materials over others that are conventionally "valuable," like diamonds or ancient debris. Technical minecraft also distorts how you interact with the game by making all resources virtually infinite, as though you're playing in creative mode. Interestingly, that also makes time the only limiting resource, which makes technical players value efficiency over most other things, going so far as to spend weeks digging a giant perimeter so their farms will be more efficient. While a speedrunner's game is about getting to the end and killing the ender dragon as fast as possible, a technical player's game is about infinite resource accumulation. A speedrunner quite literally misses major segments of the game, and purely technical players miss what I think is the heart of minecraft. Both are a far cry from the average player's game, which is about exploration, relaxation, and base survival. So you tell me who's crazier: the person who keeps generating minecraft worlds until they get the fastest time, or the person who spends weeks or months removing the world to get a more efficient farm.
I think what they mean is that if you start a singleplayer world in peaceful and don't change the difficulty, the bad aim effect will be reproduced? Not sure though
It's really funny to see him talk about how his bow shots weren't that bad and then transfer to making one of the most complex farms in Minecraft. Even if he is abysmal with a bow (which he isn't), he is arguably one of the greatest Minecrafters with his technical knowledge. If you see this Ilmango, your videos are awesome keep up the amazing work!
Yes, because placing, breaking and picking them up takes way more time than just exchanging a wet batch with a readily-dried one and going back to work while the wet ones dry.
The arrow variance might be a thing for skeletons that happens to apply to players: skeletons shoot more accurately in hard mode, and as difficulty decreases they shoot less accurately, but this applies to all bows instead of just skeletons.
13:00 you shouldn't put the turtle eggs on sand because then they would hatch! You need to change the base block to something different from sand so they can"t hatch!

Large fan bases always have a significant part of obnoxious people among them. For Minecraft fan bases this is a somewhat larger part than for other games, due to the age spread going a lot more towards younger people.
@@gotarp6055 yes absolutely. I just wanted to tell him to ignore the people that want to start a war cause by going against dream or dream going against ilmango they just treat the idiots. The truth is both youtubers are cool in their way and cover different parts of the game.
There is a thing with servers and bow charging. For control I'd recommend holding a shot for a few seconds after the animation says its fully charged. My assumtion is that bow aiming is tracked serverside, so time between pull and shoot will be determined by how long the server thinks you've held the bow, not client.
I have a fully automatic steak/leather farm on my mushroom island. Once you replace all the mycelium with grass it’s pretty easy to get the cows to spawn where you want them. I just built gnembon’s flushing style mob farm with mycelium platforms and an extra space on each layer so the cows flow a bit faster. I fill up two double chests of leather and steak every couple of days without even trying.
Interesting water machines - I usually use a simple 21 block long flying machine like you do the sugar cane farms, (flying machine in the middle, slime block wings with a solid block on the ends), then after each pass I just place a piston downward facing above each side of the machine's slime blocks and push them down using lever or button. If you do it sequenced properly, the machine will automatically start going again when you push the second side down as you will trigger the observer to start the flying machine. Makes water removal a breeze and removes your issue with stringing two flying machines together. Also I use leaf blocks for the front and back walls only to stop sticking, with a row of furnaces for the piston stop in the middle, sand or gravel for sides. unfortunately this means you are restricted to 21 blocks wide, but this is perfect size for 3 rows of an ocean monument. one problem is that one side can sometimes be 13 blocks which means you cant push one side down with a piston. If I do this I just remove the solid block on the end and place it at the lower level before I push the machine down, but generally I just make the machine 1 block less on that side - so I space the walls 21 blocks apart, which still works for a monument.
Xp farm: Catus farm and Bamboo farm then you cook the cactus using bamboo as fuel. The xp get stored in the furnace, you can get tons of XP depending on the size ! Like for him to see ;D
There's not much you can do with levels anyway. You could enchant items at the enchanting table (which is a waste of time of you have access to a good selection of librarians), or combine items at an anvil - which is a thing you rarely do after you have your equipment. Then there's renaming items for item filters, but since you can do that in stacks of 64, that uses up hardly any levels.
You are an inspiration. When i watch you, i feel as tho i am watching a master at their craft, and trying my best to apprentice your craft(pun intended)
The Dream situation is much more complex than youd initially think, definitely interesting. I recommend Karl Jobst's video on it for the perspective of a speedrunner
If you push down the simple 2way flying machine, one side at a time you can get it to reverse direction. You’ll need a hard stop at each end, and there would be a bit of water left at the end, but it’s a lot simpler than rebuilding for each level. When you push down the first side the piston just pushes air. Would clear up to 20 blocks wide.
The push-down return stations are the complex part that is not necessarily worth the build time and complexity, compared to the simple machines and a bit more sponge spam.
Yes, the fully automated ones are, I was thinking something more like 2 pistons and 2 levers. Could shorten it up to 18 blocks wide and add a red stone block to the top of each arm, then just swim up and place a piston against that.
They're finally making a perimeter, I've been waiting for this since the beginning of the series. I wonder if they'll use a quarry for all that precious redstone or if they'll just use a world eater.
Wouldn't you also want horses and more particularly donkeys? Without the witch farms to provide the redstone for piston bolts, even with shulkers and ender chests moving large quantities of items for projects or as the output of farms has to take a bit longer than on the normal server, and without the ability to scare villagers iron production is limited, even if there weren't issues when you send minecarts into unloaded chunks, that may make mules and lamas the best options for inventory transport.
Wait, did you already forget that you can dry sponges by placing them in the nether? You were so excited when you found out earlier in the series lol 😂 By putting the sponges in the off hand and hoeing away as you place them you get maximum drying speed
