Original Owner, smoke free just detailed. Pre-Thor early build 2021 25RW, this model has the old-style door (with no problems), and the Step-in Shower which gives you an added outside Storage Bin. The added cabinetry gives this RW much more interior storage space than others. This is a nearly new RV with only 8,930 miles. All service and maintenance records are available for review. The chassis upgrades (shocks & sway bar) make it a dream to drive and it gets between 14-17 MPG. The sway bar was installed by MB prior to delivery and is covered by the chassis warranty. All Tiffin Recalls have been accomplished at Winfield and all chassis service accomplished at MB of Hoover, AL. Cabinetry work was also accomplished at Winfield. All the bugs have been worked out and it’s ready for your adventures. This RV is stored at our home on a leveled pad, plugged into a 30AMP circuit. The Heat and Air are run while stored to reduce humidity inside the couch and keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Appliances such as Heat Pumps work better and more reliably when run continuously.
Many additional items are included to make it turn-key camping ready the day you take delivery, such as dishes, silverware, gas fire pit, gas grill, propane hose extension, outdoor carpet, door mat, extendable ladder, folding chairs and folding tables. Two complete sets of Quick-Zip sheets and comforter. Air Fryer, Toaster, Insta-Pot, Keurig Coffee Maker and Inductive Cook Top w/Cookware are included. Also included are fresh water hose, black tank flush hose, assorted hose connectors, adjustable water pressure regulator with gauge, in-line water filter, and 4 sections of sewer hose with all the needed connectors.
