Great job for a first timer. Not to say this wasnt helpful but couldn't Bushwrapz make a professional instruction video for the DIY kit on RUclips so its customers gain confidence before ordering. Keep the videos coming 👍
@@andrewwiltshire2689oh great. I've been trying to find where that is. Tried the website and scrolled through RUclips but found no luck in finding a specific instructional video of an Ineos. Care to share where it is
I don't think they have a specific Grenadier vid as yet, certainly did not send me one with the kit (even though I think they do say they will send vehicle specific videos). The site could be better in regards to their videos. Cheers, John
Well done John! We baulked at DIY and got a pro to do it. He remarked the product was excellent quality , and in his opinion he thought the 5 year warranty was quite conservative.
Great video John. Had always wondered how hard it really was for an amateur who hadn't done it before to install this stuff and get a good result! Nice job.
Hi Mark, Hopefully I have. Seems Ok and is protecting the paint. Out on a longer trip at the moment and it seems to be holding up well. Thanks for your interest, John
Thank you, yes I think with a bit of patience and a good helper anyone can do it successfully. Just don't panic if it's not perfect initially, imperfections seem to disappear as it dries out and gets a bit of sun. Cheers John
Great video John . I love your no BS approach. BTW. Have tried moving your cargo barrier to the front position. I can't get mine to fit behind the front seats.
Thanks Andrew, I appreciate your comment. I haven't tried to move my barrier but I suspect (don't know for sure) that will only fit the front with the two seaters..maybe it even a slightly different barrier. might be a question for Ineos. Cheers John
Hi There , not sure I will try and let you know in the new year. I appreciate you watching from the US. Next to Aus it's my favourite country. Cheers John

Hi Paul, and hello to Jamaica. No I think it comes off pretty easily with the use of a heat gun or hair dryer. PPF seems to be used on a lot of expensive and exotic cars so I doubt it a problem to the paint. Cheers John
Thank you John. This video has helped me settle my decision to not use an expensive dealership PPF new car purchase offer. I note your IG has window tinting. Any thoughts on having the dealership organise $1290 ceramic window film or go somewhere else in SE Queensland? What type of tinting do you recommend?
Great video John - how long overall did it take you to do the entire wrap, what were the tricky bits and would you recommend having a "helper"? Lastly Bushwrap havent offered you a "code" foryour followers by any chance? All the best
About 3 hours and definitely need a helper , mainly in taking the backing sheet off. The skinny dangly bits move around a lot but you soon get the hang of it, other than that the curved bit along the top of the front fender. But basically pretty easy. To be honest when I finished I thought "Oh well its far from perfect but I guess if you want perfect pay for the pro job" but next day and certainly a few days later all my concerns along with most of the imperfections disappeared. No, no code, I will ask if they will give a discount and let you know but there are no kickbacks to me. Hope that helps, John
Wrong, I got the kit for free as I said in the video. I have no further interest, no kickbacks, no commissions and no pay. But thank you for your comment hope you found it interesting, John

They do, multiple ones and vehicle specific including Grenadier

Thank you. See my response to Andrew below, but no specific vid for the Grenadier.
Thanks for watching, John
@@cannyoutdoorsthey do, they sent to me with my kit
I did mine myself too. I used my bonnet as a workbench when peeling off the backing
Sorry for the late reply. Im still happy with it on my vehicle, thanks for commenting,John

Yep, I was that amateur. It wasn't that hard and turned out pretty good. Thanks for your comment, John
great work i wish i knew about this when i got my new Fortuner..it is covered in scratches now
yes it seems like a fairly budget way to protect the paint from scratches. Thanks for watching , John
Another good one, John. You might just have inspired me but If you took 3 hours, I’ll probably need the whole weekend.
Hi Mark, Hopefully I have. Seems Ok and is protecting the paint. Out on a longer trip at the moment and it seems to be holding up well. Thanks for your interest, John
The wrap certainly looks the go. I am thinking of buying kit for the LC 200. You made the installation look painless. Thanks
Pretty easy overall just needs a bit of patience and a good helper. Cheers John
Looks like a great product John and you showed us very clearly that it’s not difficult to apply on the vehicle.

Great job John. Wish the ppf was available earlier, before I got to the bush. Will order one asap
Thank you. I agree I would have had this to put on day1 if I had also known about it. Cheers John
Thanks for sharing
Nice work John looks like you might have a new profession on the horizon…. Product seems to be a good one
Yes, seems like a good option. I probably would have squibbed on paying 6k for it otherwise. Cheers, John

I have the OEM option which does the job. Dealer will probably outsource it , I would shop around. Thanks for watching John
Great review. I would be interested to hear if you can get additional for panels not originally included?

Looks great. How do you secure your fridge in the car? I've run an Anderson plug to the same side you have placed your fridge in the video.
Hi Pete, I have just strapped it down to the L Track , hasn't moved. Cheers John
Super helpful!
Great to hear and thanks for letting me know, Cheers, John
Just be aware you can’t do Ceramic coating first
Good point Andrew, thanks. John
Really? I got a quote where they do 2 ceramic coats first… were they having a lend..?😮
@@markelliott6105they can ceramic coat over the PPF, but if it is ceramic coated first it may not properly adhere.
How hard is it to remove?
Pretty easy (I'm told) just get out your hair dryer and warm it up and peel it off. Paint is left undamaged. Thanks for asking, John
@@cannyoutdoors After years, could the paint become contaminated from polymer gassing from the film? Cheers
