4 fresh potatoes,
2 chopped carrots
, 2 medium size onions
, 1 chopped tin tomatoes,
1 tbs tomato paste(seasoned),
fresh thyme,
chilli powder to taste,
1 fennel
, 4 grated cloves of garlic,
1 tsp of grated ginger,
mixed peppers
, salt to taste,
sunflower oil
, 6 cooked eggs.
