@dirtypoison Technically, I don't know alot about the mechanics of voice, but I do know that most mens voices are not naturally that high. Alot of men can sing that high in head voice but he sounds like he is in chest voice and even his talking voice is high. He doesn't appear to be a little guy, it's not expected, that was where I was coming from... but thanks for taking everything I said way too much to hear because you are probably a fanatic for this guy... =)
What makes you a musician is your creativity... which anthony green has... his voice is unique, and his guitar parts (for the actual song) may be simple, but they are actually very creative and awesome.. you dont need something complex to make it sound good... his lyrics are amazing and very poetic... thats what makes him a great musician

Why are people dissing on him as a "musician"? Isn't a musician someone who creates music by any means? This guy sings amazing along with great lyrics and a "musician" isn't necessarily an instrument. No one really goes crazy with a guitar and sings as mellow as this guy, if he went crazy with the guitar he wouldn't be making this kind of music.

Today, bands don't do a lot of discounts or free B-sides cause a lot is downloaded from file sharing websites. They even expect it. Anthony Green himself even said in a video, get the Cd however you want. As far as B-sides, Circa Survive has two B-sides out for sale & all profits go to Invisible Children as charity. They also are controlled by their label to some extent so they don't always have control on prices. I'm not arguing the def. of selling out, I'm not even sure, just letting you know.

@g0tch410hp i'm a huge fan of co&ca (look at my name, rofl.) and i just have to tell you that claudio does use falsetto. he doesn't sing entirely in falsetto, but he does use falsetto a lot. especially on their earlier music. also have you ever heard of the prize fighter inferno? still think he doesn't use falsetto?
@pivvot How is that selling out? Selling out is changing yourself so a label will sign you or because it will gain you more fans. If your signed to a label that doesn't mean you sold out though depends on if you changed yourself to get signed and same with having a lot of fans. Bands can get out of the underground without selling out. I just started listening to Anthony Green and Circa so i don't know if they did that but have myspace isn't selling out. and neither is selling merch.
