“I’m not gonna twirl around like a girl”
Proceeds to do half twirls 😂😂😂😂
I’m looking into the gen 2s! I’ve been using the notch pants, but that Myrtle beach summer kills me when I’m wearing them! Lol

you should try and have them send you another pair to do a chainsaw test. so your viewers could see.?

Lol, thanks brother for the review -- Important to have safe & comfortable work wear. Regular chaps can trip you up or snag in the tree, so these are nice. Hopefully they protect like they say they will. Be safe out there!

I have a pair of these new zero cloggers, best chainsaw pants on the market. I give them a big thumbs up 👍🏻.

Let us know in a few months how they hold up in durability. I have a pair of the SIP chainsaw pants but they are so hot I only wear them in temps below 40F. I'd like to get a pair for the rest of the year but at $279 they better be super durable.

So twirl around like a boy! LOL! Wallet not included, cell phone is. Good to know! Just kidding. Stay cool, dude! [Edit] How do they fit? Are the sizes comparable to US sizes?

August, I'm hearing a lot of good feedback and comments on these Clogger pants. From the sounds of your first impression they really are a quality product.
I love the setup you used to do the review, middle of the parking lot, very "real world" and honest feel to it. Very well done.
Oh, when you changed position at 3:03 you had the perfect reflection of a tree and the sunset in the back window of your truck, don't know if you meant to do that or not but that was genius!
Thanks for taking the time to post the review.
    Be safe August.
    Randy

Haha, I give you credit for shooting that in the middle of the lot. People here would be calling the police on me, saying some weird guy is talking to himself.

August, besides running cooler, how do you compare the clogger zero to say the pfanner vents? Thanks!

sweet camera angle in the second part with the tree reflection on the rear screen on the truck, I thought it had been airbrushed on when I first see it , maybe you should get it done it looks good !!

August Hunicke , yeah... I found their website... their chaps are priced pretty reasonably. Those pants are spendy, but they do look nice. 👍

+Good Day Farm also, you never forget to put your chaps on because they are already on.

I have chaps as well and it's a pain to put them on and take them off. I'd rather put chainsaw protective pants on, if they're comfortable, and not have to think about it.

"It's like wearing a beautiful Lady". OK, that's it, I just ordered. hahaha. I need them to be cool (not like "hey man") it's 40+ (100+) here most of the summer. Thanks for the honest review, I'd never heard of them and was going down the Pfanner route. All the best, Tim

Didn't catch the name of the pants August but did like the review what you said the whole feeling like a gallon from a hospital that's hilarious only people like myself and others who had worn a hospital gown know what it feels like I'm still laughing thank you.

I thought about buying any pair of protective pants. But I will wear by stihl chaps for now. I was wanting a pair so I could climb with. Awesome August.

Just for those who wonder, the mentioned KG (kilogram) equals 2.2 US or British pounds. Good review. Thanks August.

I'll keep Clogger Zero in mind for the future, but am hoping with all your viewers that you never have to see if they do their principal work in an accident situation. Also liked your "TV commercial" voice there.

My boss wants me to get some protection for my legs. I don't like the idea of climbing in chaps or heavy hot pants.
You mentioned these are cool and comfortable, but do they hold up to everyday abuse?

Dean Martin clogger is New Zealand made and operated and they make amazing gear. I've used other pairs of there pants and they hold up better then any other that I've used. my mate in NZ just recently got a pair a couple of months ago and I'm waiting to hear back from him if they held up like the other models they sell. I'd imagine they're just as good. kiwis take pride in the products they make.

Are they front protection only (which I suspect they are), or all-round protection August?

Love my Zero's! Been wearing mine on a daily for the last 12 months, and they're only just starting to get a bit tired. Stay away from the Stihl pants - I blew them out in less than 3 months!
