the thing with "I'll remember it" for me, is that I will remember it, but it'll constantly be popping up in my head while I'm doing other things to make sure I don't forget. If too many things are doing that, it slows me down while I'm working on other things. just unloading the information somewhere like your HQ, gets it off my mind, so I can focus on my tasks at hand.

Most of my clients give me a company email. So I have a to-do list within that email (within the pm tool for that company). Do you recommend creating a master to-do list for all my clients within my personal email? That feels like double work. Moving it to the "master" and then checking them off both lists.

Yes i definitely recommend having a master to-do list that has a breakdown per client. Great if you can find a way to sync the lists!
