Is this doable for beginners as a first project? I’ve only ever made a basic beanie on a loom and this looks super cute and love to be able to make them for baby gifts
I notice that after the inc in 12 st in the 2nd row, you make ch2, dc ×2, inc in the 3rd row instead of ch2, dc, inc, am I right or is it just for the pattern of the hat...I mean no hate, I love all your work Chenda diy, I just want some clarifications
Hi,, thanks for your comments 😊 if you want the hat bigger please add more rows of increasing until the flat round fit the kid's top head then make normal double crochet around (no more increasing) until you reach the height of the hat that you want

its a beautiful baby hat but not for someone that can not read the stitch some parts of the crochet is very difficult, i am very great with following someone next time use words by talking for the direction and you can also put the stitch thanks

Im wondering why row 12 has 64 crochet, but then row 13 only has 62?
I had to go watch other videos and it seems like she made an error on putting 62. Should be 64.
