Ange underestimates the sheer collective will of non spurs fans for them to fail. That coupled with a bias from fans and officials makes it even harder for Spurs to succeed.

Every team's set piece patterns stay the same almost every match
Chelsea's free kick pattern was also the same as before, but Ange did not prepare anything.
And he let Cucurela run all over the field freely! In Arsenal match, he let Saka be free.
It means it was his tactical defeat
He has to watch the other team's video before the game, review their style of play, prepare his players and help them play easier

He is right, some of our players just don't fit the system he is trying to play. And those that do, then get injured and the back up players don't. The problem is that for his system to work we need radical overhaul. Every player brought in will need lots of pace. I doubt that Levy will buy into that.

He brought in big coaches and gave them the players they wanted. Man City built their whole backroom Football support staff around Guardiola's eventual arrival. He wants a player, he gets it. Spurs don't have to even spend huge but just build around a coach whose career has been taking teams who haven't won (apart from Celtic), and making them winners.
Seriously? Arteta - spent 650m and hasn't won anything since his first season when it wasn't his squad..... As for klopp, well what can you say, a top class manager with a pedigree. ALL clubs seem found the solution against Ange's ball by now. In the first half of the season, Ange was new in PL, no one knew how he would play. Thus he got lucky. Now other managers have seen Ange's ball, they studied it and found the recipe to kill the game. Its getting difficult for Ange now.

The thing is, the players are NOT playing "Ange-ball". There is a marked difference between what the players did early in the season and what they've done in the past 3 months or so. What we are seeing right now in our performances is a combination of players who DON'T want to or DON'T have the ability to play in the system, and doubt in the players who DO.
Spurs have been an underachieving club for DECADES. This does not get fixed in a few months. It takes years, with someone managing the process throughout who has a vision and belief in something beyond just tweaking things in each game and getting perennial failures to step up every now and them.
Don't get me wrong, it's frustrating and tough to watch sometimes, and like other fans I scream at Ange, the players, the TV and the people around me!! But the day after, I step back, look at the big picture and realise that the ONLY way forward for Tottenham is to buy into a "project". That's why we hired Ange, now we all have to back him and "believe". Otherwise it will be yet another rinse and repeat of failure, and the prevailing culture wins again.
The culture has to significantly change at Tottenham if we want to have any chance of not only winning something, but being a team which can challenge every year (i.e. joining the elite group of Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd). This is the thing - you look at, say, Chelsea, and ask yourself if you would be surprised if they won something next year? I certainly wouldn't, no matter how poor they've been this year. Same goes for Man Utd. This is because, over the years, they have built a winning culture. It doesn't mean they will win something every single year, it means they will sustainably be a club that can challenge for honours, because failure is UNACCEPTABLE within their walls, and to their fans.
At Tottenham, within the walls of the club and everything around it (including the fans), not winning anything is ACCEPTABLE. The ker-ching of finishing 4th (and, for the fans, the games "under the lights") has become an overwhelming allure, and the pursuit of it is all that has mattered to Levy over the past few years. But more worrying is that if Tottenham finished 4th every year and had a good run in cups, with the odd final here and there, fans would ACCEPT this. Yeah we would still moan, but we would ACCEPT it. For the list of clubs I mentioned above, this is UNACCEPTABLE. Their culture, and measure of success, is about winning trophies, and nothing less.
In order to become like them we need to fundamentally change as a club. I have major doubts that this is achievable at Spurs, given the current ownership. But the only chance we have is to categorically get behind Ange, even in the shitty and frustrating times. Because as long as he's there, we have a chance of coming out the other side as a club which has changed for the better, for the long term. If we don't give the manager time and make him the scapegoat - AGAIN - we will continue this cycle of failure, and Levy's commercial vision for the club wins - AGAIN.
I'm all for wholesale changes, but who is going to buy players that don't perform week in week out, Levy will want top dollar for the likes of Son, Richarlison, Kulu, Hojbjerg, Bissouma, and Royal, the rest of the bench warmers can go on a free.

We need to change our defensive approach at set pieces and ditch zonal marking and not leave two players totally free at the back post.
As well as on corners zonal msrking just don't work, when players get the run on you. Nevermind the GK being targeted.
You can play brilliantly but if you don't defend set pieces and giveaway easy goals your fighting a losing battle. Nevermind player and how we actually play. We've been found out. Ngodie missing is big as we don't have cover for him and what he does for the team. We can get a whole different team and still set pieces will be our downfall.

it's very crazy to me that, despite us having seen what ange's football is about at the start of the season, people are unable to be patient during the FIRST season of a PROJECT. Like obviously the last games hurt, but we can't expect someone to come into our club in which we have not had great years recently and then start winning things. It's just not gonna happen. The greatest mistake we can make is to not back this manager which has already shown that he can do it.

Each time journalists ask him questions after matches, he always say "it's part of the process and we are still building up and not worried about 4th place. I’ve played back most of Anges Celtic games and every team low blocked Celtic, it was a pepper fest, but they got schooled in all their champs league games, the premier league is thousands of times harder then the CL …Anges spurs isn’t peppering nothing, if anything spurs are one of the best counter attacking teams, and we ain’t counting attacking when we’re dilly dallying in their box. And this is the first season in a very long time for me we haven’t had a decent striker ! Richie is a backup at best and that’s it!
Kane was a massive loss, Jose, Nuno and Conte were counter attacking coaches, we need to be able to utilise that and draw teams out ! We’re playing too high it makes no sense, we need space to run into !!!!!
