Shri Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa Thakur's contribution to, and influence in, global culture cannot be summarized in a few lines. There can be no greater disservice than attempting to condense His Leela in a few paragraphs, as it cannot be extensively covered even in voluminous books. Hansa Yatra is an offering brought to you Kum. Sivasri Skandaprasad, Shri Vinay Varanasi, Shri N. Chandrasekhar, and Shri Jaidev Haridoss. They are a team of artistes with deep passion and interest in taking people on spiritual and musical journeys through stories and songs.
Their endeavour has been to make people a part of their journeys. They conduct walks and concerts covering different themes. Today, they will be presenting Hansa Yatra, a unique experience combining storytelling and music for the next 2 hours as we explore the life and teachings of Shri Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa Thakur.
We are truly overwhelmed by your response to this first edition of the Hansa Yatra in West Bengal. In Thakur's infinite Grace, a small conversation which took place in Chennai just 3 months ago, has today evolved something greater. Thank you so much for joining us today, and we hope you enjoy the event.

It is a different concert where you get immersed in total devotion to Paramahamsa. Superb combination of discourse, singing to the accompanying harmonium and mridangam. Ocean of devotion you get immersed in.
Have been listening to Kum Shivashri and Vinay since almost a year now. I am an ardent fan of them. God bless them with greater and greater achievements and in this journey , take them to the spiritual enlightenment which everyone finally would want to reach !
Mesmerizing presentation. Sivasri's heart touching voice, Vinay's enchanting Katha, Chandrasekhar's harmonium and Jaidev's mridangam gave me the live feel of Yatra. I thoroughly enjoyed it!!!

A splendid combination of narration and music, drawing the resources from Ganges to Kaveri, from the musical Trinity to Meera, from Telugu to Sanskrit to Hindi. Of course details of the life of Paramahamsa are known outside Bengal thanks to the RK Mission but this is another way of retelling the story. Thanks for taking what should have been long days of planning and giving it a sweet shape.

Hansayatra is so beautiful and unique experience of two schools of thoughts that one enthralled with divinity and the other is nishkalaka bhakti. What is very attractive is the flawless story telling coupled with superb musical singing and bhajans,makes it very unique. Both the artists are very expressive one with 'bhakti' and another with 'bhava'. Both BHAVA and BHAKTI are complementing each other beautifully.
