    100ml Dragon fruit juice 100毫升火龙果汁
    200ml coconut milk 200毫升椰奶
    800ml water 800毫升水
    80g castor sugar 80克 细砂糖
    10g agar-agar powder 10克燕菜粉
    1 tsp jelly powder 1茶匙果冻粉
    Pan Size:7 "x 7 " Square

    Hi zhen kitchen
    Dragon fruit coconut milk agar agar.
    Can i put 1300ml water because 800ml water is to hard. My children like eat soft. i put agar agar powder
    is enough for me. Jelly powder can i skip it. Now i waiting u reply me ok thanks

      Good Morning, Basically agar-agar powder to liquid ratio is 1 g : 100ml. As you can see in my recipe, the total in liquid form is 1,100ml. In order to make it taste soft , i add in a tsp jelly powder. If you increase the water to 1300ml together with other liquid it'll be1600ml in total, it may end up with solidify problem. Thank you
