    Aah man this brings me back! Had a prestige a6 that came with 20” rims so sick, had it tuned and straight piped to cherry bomb turbo mufflers. Sounds exactly like this but with deeper rumble to it. These car are smooth and fast. I could burn all four from dig felt n pulled like GTR but AUDI. Nice car bro✌️

    Are the GESI cats in the original location or did you move them down before the 11386?

    So glad you made this video man. Looking at C7s now and this is pretty much everything I would be looking to do to it. Dual pully, upgraded throttle body, high pressure fuel pump. Have you dynoed it at all?

    So, you have test pipes, downpipes with HFC on it (Gesi) , a magnaflow 11386 in the middle and then stock rear mufflers? how do you feel about rasp and drone? Im about to do Becker test pipe, custom downpipes in 2.5'' with magnaflow HFC, then some custom X-resonator or just x-pipes without resonator, a magnaflow 11386 in the middle and stock mufflers, wrapped with volcano heat wrap in the testpipes and downpipes, but Im not sure about the replacement for baby resonators, if I should go with a custom resonator there (like magnaflow but with material that doesnt get bad over the time) or just an x-pipe.

      @FastLane1000  4 года назад

      The rear section after the Magnaflow is all AWE Touring. I had the downpipes wrapped as well. It probably sounds as good as any high flow exhaust on a 3.0T. rasp and drone was controlled as much as possible. I no longer own the car.

    I'm shoping for a c7 3.0T A6, how much does a dual pulley setup make with a ported blower? It should be in the 600s correct? Have you had to do the charge cooler because I know these run a bit on the warmer side after being tuned. Please let me know, thats a sweet ride you got.

    • @nicke4976
      @nicke4976 3 года назад

      Definitely not near 600 wheel

    • @zacharybuckley6478

      Should be 450-500

    • @PapiAndrey
      @PapiAndrey 8 месяцев назад

      To the crank, it could be in the 600’s.
      To the wheels, could be anywhere from high 400’s to lower 500’s depending on the dyno. Best to leave that for the delta of before and after since we don’t have that data.
      You could always get a larger displacement blower and make more power, it’s been done before

    Is this car expensive to maintain?

    • @Todd.T
      @Todd.T 4 года назад +4

      Not if you have a good indie mechanic. It gets better if you do some of the small stuff yourself. I would say that every car that I have had cost about $750 a year maintenance brakes and tires, spread out over 10 years. My A6s probably cost around $1000 per year. Some years nothing, next year $1400, next year $400 etc.
      The 3.0T and the ZF8 are very reliable. If you use the car as a sports car expect to pay more. Hard launches are going to screw up the mounts faster etc. If you buy a high tech car with a small engine that makes it go as fast as a Corvette, then there are a lot more things going on under the hood than a Corolla with a carburetor.
      Some people have a high performance car and a get around town beater. Been there, done that. In the end a beater car will cost about $400 average a year in maintenance even if you don't drive it. Tires crack, rubber parts fail. Brakes seize.
      For me It was cheaper to sell all three of my cars and just use the A6 with mods. Luxury, sportiness and the ability to behead a sports car all without drawing a look from the police.
