Blow through is more difficult to set up, you can't just pressurise the air going into a carburettor as it will push all the fuel out of the fuel bowl. You have to have a pressurised fuel feed with a regulator referenced to boost pressure.

I admire your dedication and work, but you have a lot of flaws on your setup, biggest one is that your oil return is underneath the engine, and therefore underneath the oil. Oil return has too be over the oil line in the crankcase, it needs free flow without restriction. If you are still using your trainplug as a return, you need to use a scavenger pump too suck out the oil from the turbo, otherwise you’ll get oil leaks on the compressor or the turbine side of the turbo 🤷🏻♂️

First things first, don't put a plastic pipe there. At first it will not break, but with time, you'll get issues beyond your imagination. I'm not talking about plastic dripping on your foot, i'm talking about plastic pieces in your engine. What? You think manufacturers are not going to use plastic pipes if they could? *They'll use plastic on every chance they get!* It's just that they use metal pipes *for a reason* Second - a turbocharger needs to put cold air into the combustion chamber and for that role an intercooler is needed. The main role of the intercooler is to reduce the temperature of the hot air compressed by the turbocharger, before it reaches the engine's combustion chamber. At this point, if you have issues with the boost, i am not going to be surprised at all. Cooling air into the engine is always going to be a good idea, as heat soak reduces the power of an engine. A turbo does heat air, simply by compressing it, but you will still get a direct benefit from any cooling you can do, either before or after the turbo. Any given volume of air has density. The difference in barometric pressure between observation sites at different elevations is a measure of the density of air in a column of air between those two elevations. Cold air is denser than warm air. In a nutshell, you need dense air to expand the explosion in the cylinder, but in reality, you're circulating hot air into a hot chamber and there's a chance that this air will get *even hotter* after driving for a while which can damage your engine BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION ! :D
that oil isnt going to drain either, need to be free flow drain, and above oil level to drain not at the lowest point... its going to backfeed up the turbo drain
I don't think a "draw through" system will work when the carb is placed below the suction point try using "blow through" system and the inlet manifold seems restrictive compared to normal.
This was our mechanical engineering final year project, we tried to put turbocharger in a single-cylinder engine but unfortunately, we failed. Because the turbo was not working well due to oil leakage.
No boost at all, not a hater but you just made the air flow weaker than the stock. the compressed side of the turbo's piping is too small. air and fuel is gonna struggle to go inside the combustion chamber. anyways, it's a nice attempt.

Not necessarily. The oil just needs to be able to drain down out of the turbo and above the level of the oil in the pan.

Yeah. He should've added the turbo air outlet to the carb directly. Carburettor attached to the turbo intake manifold is wrong
Turbo compresses the air, there is no room in it for fuel that will be sent by the carburetor in this setup.
