Standard Curcumin even with Bioperine has a half life of around 18 minutes, Liposomal Curcumin has a half life of nearly 8 hours in the plasma, (Liposomes can pass the BBB btw) so the fact that Liposomal Melatonin and or time released Melatonin exist may weigh into your dosing strategies. Liposomal encapsulation magnifes absorption rates by quite a bit.

    • @iniquity60

Totally agree - I've been a virus skeptic since 2008. A germ (causing disease skeptic, even before that). and I have critically examined the science.....closer to $cience. Point being, Electron micographs do not prove conjectured particles causing disease. Growing a "viral' soup via cell culture is not true isolation. If we examine how any functional medicine or drug works on an alleged viral cell culture, the beneficial effect we are seeing is its effect on the antibiotic and anti-fungals added to the cell culture, alleged to contain viruses. So is how part of the self-fooling occurs. Indoctrinated, trained scientist assumes these standard lab protocols have been well vetted, however....only as far as the grant money flows. That being said, in terms of mitigating disease, either pro-oxidative therapies or upregulation of NRF2, or diet that does not perturb the glycerol-fatty acid cycle (mixing carbs and fats for example) will allow not to aggregate as much toxin beyond our bodies ability to deal with it.

@@baloog8 She has been asked about prolactin increase and its relation to prostate cancer. This was her response: “The prolactin signaling cascade associated with prostate cancer is not an item in isolation. For it to promote cancer proliferation, synergistic effects with other molecules and pathways need to happen.
Therefore, the assumption that an increase in prolactin completely negates an entire literature of studies and reviews on the benefits of melatonin in prostate cancer is flawed, IMHO.
In addition, it is unknown what amount of melatonin was given even though the term high dose was used.
Understand that there is a huge difference in effects that can be associated with the use of 30, 300, and 3000 mg melatonin.”

There is SCC metastasis in the right side neck lymph’s from previous HPV P16 tonsil cancer! Which has been removed. I have tried high dose Melatonin of 100-200mg over the course of 5 days and I experienced rapid weight gain, but particularly male gynaecomastia in both sides of my chest, but more particularly on the right side which ironically is the same side as the neck tumours! I tried to offset the estrogenic effects using Indole 3 Carbinole along with. Calcium D Glucarate, but I still put weight on!!! How do I offset and rectify to get the best benefits of high dose Melatonin for tumour aptosis without putting on weight?

8:43 she lost me when she indicated that mankind originated from some type of "primordial soup". Talk about religious dogma. It takes much more faith to believe that mankind crawled up out of a cesspool than to believe that mankind was created by a creator. These brilliant people must know that human life could not have evolved from chaos into this extremely complex system. I can assure you that if you put a hunk of metal in a pile and leave it for 1 million years you would not find a Swiss watch when you returned. No, we were created.
