29:00 This is what the Hizballah hamas Iran are planning, they want the final solution on Israel. it has been known for a long time. now they are really trying to make it happen and convincing people all over the world it is a good idea
Dear Frieda, Thank you for expressing your feelings about the current climate re Zionism, and esp. your reaction to negative personal email messages. Please keep in mind that historically, this is nothing new. Jews have for centuries been blamed, scapegoated, and attacked for all kinds of nonsensical reasons. It's so easy! Do not take it personally, and please continue your wonderful work explaining and familiarizing (whomever tunes in,) via RUclips and your tour biz. It truly providing excellent insights into the Hasidic Jewish community in the USA. Mysel,f a convert to Reform Judaism (6 yrs.) I'm eager to learn about all branches of Judaism, our long history and practices, and of course, very saddened by the ongoing war situation in Israel. I so appreciate your middle-of-the-road approach presented through a personal journey out of orthodoxy, but retaining love of positive aspects of this extreme conservatism. May your journey continue with fruitful results and personal rewards. Thank you!
*Anti-Zionism is the most sustained, broad, ruthless and potentially effective ideological and physical attack on Jews as a collective in the post World War II Era. It is designed to render Jews defenseless and homeless once more. Call it what you will.*
Dear Frida, I am Muslim, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THIS VIDEO. I have been watching you for long now, before Oct 7 even, simply so I could better know and understanding Jews and Judaism. I have NEVER been inside an orthodox Jewish home or least of all been part of a shabbat or festive meal, but you had made it possible for me to experience this in some way, and also to enlighten me about Jewish orthodox life. If I may... I'd like to apologize for the terrible injustices, untruths, libel, hate and even violence that many of my people, Muslims, have directed at your co-religionists, including that of Oct 7. May your prayer be accepted, Amen
Just accidentally read your comment and I was impressed. Thank you so much, your comment gives hope that people of different cultures and different faiths may talk and enrich each other instead of horrors that happen today. Thank you ❤ from Jewish woman.
I just wanted to say how touching your video is. Your humanity shines through. I'm not Jewish and I'm a Catholic but one thing that trumps everything is our humanity. May God bless us all and bring his peace to all. God bless you.
Freida, please continue to speak your heart. I am not Jewish. I am a 73 year old woman. I will listen to this video again and again as it holds so much that I need to learn. Thank you.

Frieda, I share your visceral love for our country, and I want to offer a different perspective on antisemitism. This may sound counterintuitive, but this deranged flood of Jew hatred, actually thrills me. We were raised with the premise, and it's that one premise that has withstood the test of time, that “ Esav hates Yaacov”. This is not just a biblical assertion, but one that Jean Paul Sarta has called a biological imperative. From a Darwinian perspective Antisemitism makes so much sense! The world is a jungle. And within that jungle there is that one tiny tribe of animal, with the prowess, brains and virility to procure more game than any of the other animals! For centuries, despite the universal and collective hunts against them, this endangered species is still Top Dog. Why are we dismayed, when we are perceived as “White Supremacists” and Privileged? After the holocaust, for a little while, we were so pitied that Antisemitism even went out of vogue. Is that what we want again? Do we ever want to be perceived as passive and weak victims? “I prefer condemnation to consolation,” said Golda Meir, and I agree. Let’s hope that we Jews will continue to convince the world that we are the Chosen. I hope we continue to give them a million reasons to envy and despise us.
@@hozenT.This is some bizarre form of social Darwinism, and is nonsense. Research has shown that in many cases, in the animal world, it’s the animals who are able to cooperate and get along with others that survive best. Your attitude is also racist. And let it be said for the sake of anyone reading this: the vast majority of Jewish people do not agree with this ridiculous set of statements. It’s normal for any group to be proud of its members’ achievements. To advocate for its members to suffer is pathological.
Good imagine living in Israel, and suddenly everyone is calling you a zionist and wanting to cut off your throat. They use this word like it is a bad thing. 50 percent of the Jews around the world live in Israel and are zionist. so those who want zionist dead, want half of the Jews around the world dead. it is antisemitism in disguise
Frieda - my heart breaks for you and for all people who are blamed for tragedies NOT of their making. Your honesty and vulnerability are refreshing. I think that you were right, and very brave, to publish this video and I thank you for it. May God have mercy on us all and may He lead the world to peace.
Frieda, you are so strong. So well spoken. So deeply Jewish. I was raised in the Conservative movement. I feel a sisterhood with you that I didn’t think I could feel with an (ex) Satmar. Thank you for your bravery. Kol hakavod.
I am a 70 year old “modern orthodox” Jewish mom. I love your videos because you are a generous, beautiful soul. I’m sorry your public path is adding to your personal anguish.
I'm a Roman Catholic, wife and mother of 4 children. I love your channel. You do such a good job of explaining and helping me to learn and understand some many aspects of judism and Hasidism.
Im 110% Jewish but grew up with lots of Catholic friends. During my freshman year, I went through CCD classes with our Catholic chaplain….not to convert but rather to understand. As a result I have great respect for the Church and Catholic clergy, and the Faith. Im so glad you’ve been able to reach out too. Thank you.
This was a beautiful video and we can see your pure heart. Glad you posted it. I can’t believe anyone could ever say anything bad about you. You are a light in these grey times. May the pure souls who passed this year rest in peace knowing we will never forget. ❤🙏❤️
Oh Frieda, your thoughtfulness in sharing this heartbreaking situation is so wonderful, so needed. Hate is not innocent or an accident. There is evil, distortion of mind, loss of heart in these people. I'm a Christian who is grateful to God for you. To say as you do, "Here's me, & offer up a prayer in the hope it may be a blessing for all of the lost ones..." I believe God hears this prayer in your humble sincerity & bravery. Love you, Frieda. Barak Hashem.
I can sense your sadness and heaviness. Having met you and been on your tour I know you are a kind, loving person who only seeks to understand and make sense of the world around her. As I am not Jewish it is impossible for me to understand how this past year has been for you. All I can do is hold space and keep you in my heart. You have shared your past and your childhood community with the world and for that I am thankful. Blessings to you, Seth and your family.
I am a Muslim and I very much view the contention in the holy land through the lens of a Muslim, but with a whole lot of nuance and concern for human dignity, irrespective of ethnic or religious background. I so wish I could speak to you about this issue in person because so many Muslims assume Jewish stances and so many Jews assume Muslim stances. It’s a shame, a real shame. And the horrors will go on repeating themselves until we sit down and talk to one another.
I am a humanist, that is non religious, but I think you video is one of the best explanation of some parts of being Jewish, it helps me understand a little more about Israel and Zionism. Education is always helpful and leads to more human understanding and hopefully peaceful behaviour. Thank you very much for your brave video. I have no biases, your message is so hopeful and honest. Well done.
I really think you misunderstand a Humanist perspective, it takes nothing away from people of any religion our ethics and morals are just as strong as any religion. Why should we declare a hypocritical belief in something we don't truly feel, that does undermine true believers. I believe should their unexpectedly be a god I meet upon death, I think a decent god would judge me on my actions to care and help other humans, not how many hours I didn't spend praying to a god to carry out actions I ought to be helping many religious and non religious people cooperate to create a peaceful and fruitful world for all regardless of belief. Enjoy your religion, I'm very unconcerned about a soul I may or maynot possess. I am extremely concerned about the conditions of life for my fellow human beings. I am concentrating on the here and now and the actions humans can take responsibility for. Life after death is something that can concern me at the time. Any comfort that people obtain from their religion I am all in favour of their are many devote people in many different religions, if they do good not harmful fighting other religions I support their beliefs for them. I'm Humanist and deserve equal respect for my view and actions in the world too. I wish you well and thank you for your concern for my welfare.
Thank you, Frieda. I’m a 65 year old Christian/spiritual person with a deep respect for the Jewish people who loves your videos. This one was enlightening and so meaningful to me. Try not to listen to the misguided injured and sad people who say ridiculous anti-Semitic things online or in person, as hard as this must be to block out. You are loved and appreciated and your voice is cherished.
I appreciate this essay very much. I want to say that the timing of the Rebbe is absolutely wrong, because in 1939 Germany, the Zionists had not organized to the degree that it could cause this “punishment” of the Holocaust. It was only AFTER the Holocaust that the Zionists had organized sufficiently to actually realize the settling of the land. The modern state of Israel was created in 1948, but the Holocaust started in 1938-1939 to 1945. So the notion that the Holocaust is a punishment for Israel is patently false. In fact, the Satmar Rabbi did not help his town survive the Holocaust. He did not encourage his followers to leave and escape the Nazis which could have saved them. He did not help or encourage them to leave early even to other countries. He only saved himself and his close helpers by getting only a few visas secretly. He then was saved by the Zionist Kastner Train that saved over a thousand Jews. He then arrived in USA. He was very extreme and some say it’s because he was trying to hide his shortcomings in not saving more of his followers from Nazis. In fact Zionism is really just our yearning for our homeland that is pervasive in the Torah. It is actually false that the Torah says we must wait for a messiah in order to settle the land of Israel. Because the Torah does not mention a Messiah. The concept of a messiah is actually rabbinic and Talmudic. But even there it doesn’t say we can’t go back to Israel until a messiah comes, because the Early rabbis after our exile always did yearn to return and did in fact return when they could for centuries. After our Second Temple was destroyed and we were exiled in year 70 CE and even more after 160 CE after Bar Kochba, to Babylon, there was actually always a remnant of Jews who remained in Israel in Yavneh, Safed, Tiberius, Hebron, Haifa and Jerusalem. And for centuries, Jews always continually returned and there was always Jews in Judea throughout the centuries even until the 1800’s and 1900’s when the idea of Zionism as a formal movement was formed with the idea to establish a state of Israel which only was realized AFTER the Holocaust. What the Rebbe Was correct about was that many of the Zionists who helped establish the Modern state of Israel were socialists and communists and completely secular , and thus did not want to follow Torah Law as a basis for the country as in the Torah. Also, they were establishing the state without the building of temple as described by Ezra the prophet that he did upon the return from the first exile and without a messiah to build it as rebbee Yoel says is needed. Even to this day there is tension between the religious and secular leaders on what Torah laws should be followed- such as if buses should run on Shabbos.. So in this sense he was correct.
If iam not wrong most zionists living in Israel came from arab countries. Pro Palestinians lie when say zionists are Europeans. These went to America. Also lie when they say Jews stoled lands. Rotschild purchased neutral lands with malaria. Also Israel didn't expeled. 200 k stayed after partision plan. What you guys think about ilan peppe? Very sad when Jews spread lies against Israel. God watching all of this
Well first off, this is politics and the politics has nothing to do with the values of Judaism. I'm the end product of Jewish oppression, The African Slave Trade and the genocide of the Caribbean. And now, because I'm a West Indian, I'm a target of hatred from other people of African descent just because my linage isn't American slaves. My people in the Caribbean are being scapegoated as the harbingers of the ills of society. Sound familiar? So what have I learned from all of this? I've learned a lot about the duality of human nature. I use to believe that there were intrinsically good and bad people in the World. What I now know is that there are just people. We all have the light and the darkness within us. Whichever we feed the most becomes the dominant force within us. I also know that just because a person is a member of a group that has been historically oppressed, doesn't mean that they themselves, given the right circumstances, can become oppressors and the bringers of pain to others. A close examination of history shows this process repeated over and over. Certain Protestant denominations in England were horribly persecuted and fled to what would come to be called New England. What did they do when they came here and encountered the indigenous peoples? Need I go into the details? For the sake of financial gain, they brought hundreds of thousands of people from Africa. Did they respect any of these people's faiths and rights to self determination? You would think given their history they'd have some empathy right? How soon we forget what it was like to be in the position of disempowerment. The Holocaust wasn't god's punishment. It was due to the greed of certain leaders who for centuries, used them as scapegoats in order to distract and deflect the blame for the sufferings caused by their greed. That's what it was about. The tragedy we're seeing played out is because these same powers used both groups as pawns in their game of greed for global domination. They put both groups in a situation where they were painted into a corner. The Palestinians have no place to go, nor should they have to. Conversely, no matter how you feel about the creation of Israel, the fact is we now have millions of people who have no where else to go, nor should they have to. We keep making the same mistakes over and over and over again and wondering why things remain the same. I feel deeply in my heart that what is happening is a monumental abomination. But to conflate the policies of Israel with regards to Gaza with Jews and Judaism is in itself an abomination. To conflate Hamas and October 7th with the people Of Gaza and the West Bank is just as equal an abomination. When do we take off all the labels and see each other's humanity? All these labels we put on ourselves and others are blindfolds that interfere with our abilities to see each other as people just like ourselves. This is the lesson god wants us to learn. It's not his fault we suffer. We're the ones doing it to each other and even ourselves out of fear and ignorance. At the heart of greed after all, is fear. We keep looking for a Messiah to come from the sky and make everything right. What if the real Messiah is buried deep within all of us and god is waiting for us to wake him up to usher in heaven on Earth? I think it's up to us. God is giving us the opportunity to make it right and patiently waiting for us to take the scales off our eyes, hearts and minds and wake up! Until then, we'll continue stumbling in darkness hurting ourselves ad those around us.
This is a great comment, and I’m a bit sad for saying this but I’m actually surprised there’s anyone even saying these words in these comments instead of just repeating some blabbering about God’s will or how the only explanation for how the world responded to the aftermath of October 7th was antisemitism.
Im glad that you found the courage to do this video although it must have demanded a lot from you. Every Jewish voice speaking out is so important and valuable in todays crazy world. Thank you for sharing your heart. Blessings and love from a non-Jewish person from Switzerland.
Insightful, intelligent and difficult reconciling the spiritual with the political. Many people have been forced to confront something very difficult and unjust. Thank you, Frieda, for your eloquent presentation of your thoughts which I wouldn't have been able to do. You are such a precious human being, soul and spirit ♥
I really appreciate your vulnerability in the making of this video. I really hope the message will reach many, many people. As a non-Jewish person, a Christian, seeing the surge of anti semitism after October 7th has been like a waking nightmare, like living through every book and documentary I’ve ever read/seen about the Holocaust. I cannot believe people still hold these beliefs and I cannot even begin to imagine the collective pain the Jewish people must be experiencing. You are all in my thoughts continuously and I will be an ally to you, always. Am Yisrael Chai ❤
Me too, I will be an ally to the jewish community. Your words express my thoughts. Thank you. Feel embraced, dear Frieda! I am a 54 years old German catholic Christian.
thank you for caring about us. love from an israeli jew who just wishes things get better for everyone, no matter religion or side in this bloody conflict.
Well put, I’m totally with you on what you’ve said especially about a waking nightmare. That’s exactly how I’ve felt. I feel we’re all going to wake up and it’s all been a nightmare full of evil. I’m a Christian too Thank you for sharing.
Hello Frieda, Thank you for your reflections on the year since October 7th 23. I am a Christian. One thing I know is that God loves us both. Our help comes from God. I felt inspired to read Psalm 121. So beautiful. Verse 4 says: He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep and Verse 7 says The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul. I believe Messiah is coming soon. God bless you.
Hello Frieda, me and my teenage son were in a Williamsburg tour with you about 8 years ago , you left the best impression. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your feelings, none of us are the same since Oct 7h. Chazakah Uvrucha!
I was raised as a "cultural" jew. Because of you and watching your videos, listening to you and your guests, I'm going to services tomorrow. My area only has the Chabad group but it's still interesting and a feel a part of my heritage. Thank you Frieda, please continue your RUclips channel.
All of your fears about persecution apply to Palestinians. They are the ones currently experiencing a genocide on the hands of colonialist who have presented themselves as jewish people ( they are not). Also you have missed the point in that zionism is not Judaism. You yourself acknowledge that zionism is a secular ideology which conflicts with the teachings of Judaism. The danger with Zionism is that it fools people into thinking that these immoral actions being committed by israel (since pre-1948) are actually the actions of jewish people (which is wrong, because zionism has nothing to do with Judaism). Your emotional experience has no basis in what is actually happening in reality. You need a reality check. Start by learning about how israel was established. Read norman finkelstein, illan pappe, etc. there are plenty of resources available. Ignorance is not a good excuse
Dear Frieda, your channel has brought to our homes the Hasidic Jewish culture. Coming from a Catholic family I've enjoyed learning about the orthodox Jewish faith and culture. Some years back I did the same with Islam and muslim cultures. I found more similarity between these two than I did with Catholic faith and practice. Once you've grown up with a faith then it's hard to shake it off and I haven't succeeded entirely. But that famous orthodox Jew who initiated the Catholic faith taught me a few Jewish lessons: firstly, to respect all my neighbours, and secondly not to kill anyone. Despite having dropped Catholicism over fifty years ago, I've retained these two principles and an understanding of why religion is important to many humans. Going to Israel would be very special to me too but for different reasons. After the second World War, I guess the world felt a great sympathy for Jews once the Holocaust was uncovered. How could you not? Being born in England in 1956 then I heard stories from Polish Catholic immigrants. What confused me was that some Poles would say the word "Żyd" [Jew] in a tone of voice that didn't sound respectful; this is the only word for Jew in Polish. It was only when I grew up that I learnt about the widespread anti-semitism across Europe for centuries. It seemed illogical to me since Jesus was a Jew and so I couldn't fathom it. It's only recently that I've filled in some gaps in my knowledge. Learning about Hasidic Jews does make sense to me if you follow the faith. Being anti-Zionist makes sense if you believe what God told his people. Were I a Hasidic Jew then I too would feel that returning to Israel before it was time would be a mistake. I too would believe that such a philosophy is based on a loss of faith. I would expect, as a religious Jew, to anger God (again) and would be expecting (double the) retribution. If you've moved away from this logic then it sounds like you've adopted a more secular mind-set rather than what you were taught. But feelings can overcome logic and so I understand your confusion. The reality of Israel is hard to ignore, even if you've been brought up in an enclosed community. As a person who feels a connection with Christianity, Judaism and Islam but has few religious beliefs (which is why I'm currently a British Quaker) I must largely use my sense of fair play to assess the situation in the Middle East. Yes, it was terrible for the Palestinians to be kicked out of half their land in 1948 (thanks to Britain) in order to give the remaining Jewish population a chance to have a country in which they could live. The terrors of the second World War were so awful that the victors could not ignore any further arguments about Jews needing a safe place to live. So the Zionist won the argument, even though it made no sense religiously. With that came the promise from the victors to defend their decision, despite local objections. This was hardly surprising. What I do find is surprising is that the very people who suffered so much at the hands of the Nazis would adopt an agressive attitude toward their neighbours. I can understand arguments about "self-defence" but I cannot understand taking land allocated to the Palestinians, which even the UN has condemned as unlawful. Neither do I understand how killing 1700 Jews on October 7th justifies killing 43,000 Palestinians in what the world is beginning to call a genocide of the Palestinians by the Israelis. This is an unbelievable irony. It's no surprise to me that people around the world, seeing the enormous power and resources of Israel being used to grab land and take Palestinian lives at the drop of a hat, start to see the Israelis as villains. When the balance of power is so skewed then support for the underdog is bound to be ignited - just as it was for the Jews after the second World War ended. When you add these people to those who are already anti-semitic and know little to nothing about Jewish issues then it explains the rapid increase in hate mail that you've experienced. WE know that you, of all people, don't deserve it. Unfortunately angry people make few distinctions. In more recent years the Poles in Britain became a targeted group, for the first time ever since the War, simply because of xenophobic feelings about Europeans flooding Britain. For the first time ever I felt uncomfortable having a Polish heritage. It ended in Britain exiting Europe, to my great dissapointment. Proof that I live in a xenophobic country, despite appearances. Isn't the definition of a "country" a group of "citizens" who live in a geographical area and are expected to protect its borders from "foreigners"? Maybe that's why Hasidic Jews are pacifist people, like myself; because having a country means being prepared to kill your "neighbour". A visonary Jew once declared that our "neighbour" isn't someone who shares a similar background, or lives nearby, but one who shows compassion and mercy to others. Your are full of compassion and mercy to your own kind Frieda. Now it's time to extend that to your neighbours.
there's a really good reason why you can't understand the hatred there's a saying "they will always tell you what happened to them, but they will never tell you why"
Dear Edward, While Palestinian Arabs did suffer in 1948, many of them stayed and still live in Israel with full rights, 2 million of them. But those that fought - Israelis fought back. Britain did not "give" Jews a "safe place". Jews de-colonized their ancestral homeland, which was taken away from them. They did allow any peaceful non-Jew to stay. Keep in mind the Zionist argument makes perfect sense religiously, just not for the Satmar sect of Judaism. Millions of religious Orthodox & Ultra Orthodox Jews live in Israel. Being a Quaker, you might be surprised by force, and think Israelis are agressive. The thing is, Gaza's Palestinians invaded on October 7, murdered hundreds of innocents. Israel tried for peace many times, in fact, it left the Gaza strip completely 19 years ago - expelled all Jews. But then, Islamist Hamas won the elections there. What did Hamas do? Continued firing rockets on Israel. Imagine smacking the guy who just gave you a gift - an independent state. On October 7, it was a whole other level. So what you percieve as "agressive attitude" from a nice western country, is just Israel having no choice but to protect itself, not from foreigners - but from murderers. That is - against a murderous ideology that the West just has not had for decades now. Islamism won't rest until all Jews are killed, then coming for Christians & others. So in fact, Israel GAVE Palestinians Gaza, the exact opposite of took it. But they returned the favor with more attacks & bloodshed. What would you do, Edward? One last point - Israel shouldn't apologize for its priority - it values life & prosperity. So, it invests money in protection of its citizens, like Iron Dome, on top of an advanced military. Why has Hamas not invested in bomb shelters, but terror tunnels to attack Israel, hide its members, & rockets? Because they value killing us above even their own wellbeing. So this isn't a cruel game of dead body counting - the Allies killed much more than the Axis on WW2 - the Allies still fought evil. Israel must make sure it won't happen again.
I believe this excessive need for approval and validation stems from a deep, gut feeling of knowing that you're doing something wrong to the Palestinians. However, propaganda seeks to suppress that gut feeling by telling you, 'Oh no, they just hate you because you're Jewish.' Then there's the second target group: the Western audience, mainly Americans and liberal Westerners. For this group, propaganda focuses on highlighting social justice issues like women's rights and gay rights-topics that resonate with a liberal audience. The narrative portrays Israel as upholding these rights, unlike Palestinians, who allegedly don't. The aim is to convince this audience to support actions that amount to genocide. This group is targeted through IDF accounts on social media platforms like TikTok and RUclips. It's clear that these efforts are directed at them because everything is in English, everyone speaks with an American accent, and the people featured are white, attractive, and polished.
Hi Frieda I am a 76 y/o Jewish woman from Brooklyn. I was raised by my family to be grateful for America, but to always be aware that antisemitism is always present and at any moment it will rear up. And here it is.
I listened closely to this video and it struck me very deeply, but from an almost opposite place from where you come from. I am Jewish, born in upstate NY and all I knew about Judaism was that I am Jewish. I have lived in Israel now for 53 yrs. I am in Safed and there are missiles on a daily basis. So we can now defend ourselves, we don't need to cower. I have a lot to write about many of the subjects you mentioned but there are so many things to write I have to get my head together in order to write it down. You call the video 'very raw' which reminded me of your video "Get' which was also raw to the effect that I watched it about 3 times. It is really talent that you can do this on literally global level. It will take me some time to write all the thoughts etc which you evoked in me. I am sure your prayers are efficacious.
@@jhlfsc If I understand you correctly that I moved from Manhattan to Israel, I saw what was happening then and today it has come to be a quotidian reality. Some times in the past I pondered of returning to NYC but at this point in time I don't think there is much of a choice of going any where due to the rampant anti-semitism all over the world.
It was good that you expressed your thoughts and feelings the way you did. There wasn't anything wrong with it. You sounded so good as you are. I'm thankful to hear you.❤
Oh wow Frieda, you actually went there. You brave and cherished child of G-D. Thank you for your address to us on this day. I am a Christian, with strong Jewish connections, and the events of the past year have shocked me to my core. Please, dear one, take heart. I wish I could give you a hug.
Wow, what a poignant broadcast. I'm so glad you published it. It explained many areas that I didn't understand prior. I too have been absolutely shocked by words and behavior after October 7th. You bring understanding to so many and I personally thank you for it.
Dear Frieda, thank you for opening up so personally on such a sensitive topic. I’m so thankful I stumbled upon your channel years ago. You’ve allowed me to feel deeply intrigued, inspired & compassionate for the varying aspects of Jewish experiences, history and heritage. Much love & appreciation from a non Jewish girl with Turkish roots. ❤
Thank you for doing this. I am a Christian who has always had a heart for Israel and the Jewish people. This is a subject that needs to be spoken about and your perspective is important. Thank you for your raw heart and honesty.
Support for justice for the dispossessed and oppressed people of Palestine is not "antisemitic". I don't see a "war" in Gaza (or the WB) but a slaughter of an indigenous people who have no army, navy or airforce by a settler-colonial Oppressor which has all that plus the wholehearted backing of the world's superpower. Is the creation of a racist apartheid entity on another continent the solution to European racism and persecution? For 76 years it has destabilised the entire region of West Asia (the ME) and caused immense suffering and countless deaths. The irony is that Zionism hasn't brought security to anyone and never will. It's been endless conflict and right now a serious threat to us all given the forthcoming incumbent of the WH. The world has now seen Israel for what it has always been. The silence of the world's religious leaders to the most blatant genocide ever is just sickening. It certainly has made me question my faith. The only just solution I see is a single democratic state with equal rights for all from the river to the sea in Palestine.
You are so gentle and kind. I'm so sorry that people are writing those awful things to you, and glad that they haven't made you stop posting videos. Thank you for saying everything you said. I hope all this can subside and we can live in a kinder, more peaceful world.
Love your work Frieda. Sad that Haredi hate Zionism so much, imagine no homeland for our people who have been targeted for 3500 years. Ill never relate to their fundamental mindset. I pray for Israel 🇮🇱 and her future.
Frieda, thank you so much. I cried a bit after listening to you, because this is exactly how I feel about everything. I feel alone and scared after 7 October 2023. My family comes from the Soviet Union where they survived unimaginable antisemitic horrors. We live in Europe now and for a year, the harassment has been unreal. A few weeks ago, a teen was uncovered who planned an attack on the local Jewish community where my mom works. I'm so heartbroken. The most horrible thing was that in the eyes of many, we as people don't deserve to be treated with dignity and somehow, the core values of the democratic society aren't applying to us. This showed me how quickly our social norms can erode, it just starts with the Jews first. My grandpa's family narrowly escaped the Holocaust and now I try to calm him down that it will be okay because every week he says that "they will come for us". I can't do it anymore 😞 It's hard. Sometimes I think of all these poor hostages and it kills me inside.
I hope you make it to Israel. You can take the birthright trip if nothing else. You will not be alone in Israel even if all the Jews are isolated everywhere else in the world
@@ElmerJones-ws6de Thank you! If nothing else, I'm glad that this option exists. I definitely plan on visiting Israel after the war is over to experience it!
I understand your situation, because often confront the antisemitic Europeans around me. Sometimes I can explain them that Jews are innocent, but not always. Any ways, Jews also have friends in Europe, although it is a minority. The press in Europe is antisemitic, but most governments are not. Thank you for being a Jew, and in that way one of the heroes our time needs.
Do you understand there is anti-muslim and anti-arab sentiment in Europe as well? That is probably bigger than what you are talking about? I mean......do you people only see one side of the question, do you want to victimize yourselves or what? I'm neither jew nor mulsim....in fact, if I were to biased against a group it probably would be muslims....and YET......I can't stand the BIAS behind so many reports on anything jewish/israeli these days. And you are trying to victimize yourself? Really?
Frieda, thank you so much for this video, I can imagine how difficult it has been for you. I really love your channel, all the things I am learning from you, be proud to be a Jew, wish I could do something for you and protect you somehow, praying for you and your family, the hostages and Israel, 🔯♥♥♥, big hugs.
Today I saw an interview with a young jewish woman living in Haifa. Her name is Gaia. She talked about what happened when she was trying to organize a screening of the documentary « Gaza fights for freedom»
Sending you big hugs. You really don't deserve the negative comments and hate. Hoping one day everybody has so much love inside them that it's all they can share. ❤
Since I started posting Hasidic stuff on TikTok I've been horrified as at the extent of hatred out there. It's not the fact that it exists: it's the extent of it that really shocked me along with the violent nature of it.
I'm a proud zionist and religious Israeli woman and I really want to thank you for your video. I'm 26 years old woman and I serve in military reserve for 10 months now exactly for this, we need to defend ourselves because people use every exuse to legitimate their antisemitism. We have the right to a happy and safe life in our homeland. But please please please every time you talk about October 7th mention the hostages. It's unbearable to think that Kfir Bibas, a 1.8 year old baby, spent more of his life as a hostage instead of a free baby with his family. It's outrageous that Shlomo Mansur is a holocaust-Farhud surviver, and he has been in Gaza's hell tunnels for 395 days now🎗
@giliatt And where is your empathy and your humanity with the ca. 10,000 abducted, incacerated Palestinian women, men, and children who are rotting in illegal Israeli dungeons sometimes for years on end, tortured and maimed and raped and killed on a daily basis by IDF soldiers. Palestinian children as young as five years, kidnapped, abducted out of their beds in the middle of the night by brutal, murderous IDF soliders? It is there land. It is Palestinian land, you and your family have stolen. All your kibbutizim are on stolen Palestinian land. All Palestinians have the right to a happy and safe life in their ancestral homeland in Palestine. You do not need to "defend" yourselves by committing ethnic-cleansing and plausible genocide on Palestinian children, women, and men, because you Israelis use every excuse to legitimate your Islamophobic racisism, your anti-Palestine bias, your deep hatred towards your Arab neighbours.
I cannot imagine what you and other Jews have been through this year. As an outsider looking in, I'm appalled at the hatred. I have never understood why one group is so vilified. What is happening worldwide and in our U.S. cities is frightening; it sickens me. It sickens me that you've been bullied with such hateful comments. Thank you for bravely sharing your thoughts and heartfelt emotions. I support you and all Jews.
Even if those jews ( zionists ) are commiting genocide ? Zionism has resulted in the death of more than millions of children.. you can ignore it all you want the truth is children are being bombed relentless by zionists
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and feelings about Israel and what occurred this day a year ago. I have enjoyed your channel and the love you show for all peoples. I am a Catholic, but for many, we are in our hearts, children of God. No matter Jew, Christian, or others. Keep expressing your wonderful messages. Blessings.
I have a deep love for the Jewish community, I have spent years studying Israelite, Canaanite, Phoenician, Akkadian, and Assyrian history and language I have studied first temple worship of the Israelites, which was polytheist, like the other Canaanites (Israelites were a subgroup of Canaanite, just like Phoenicians) and gradually became monotheistic by the time they returned from Babylon, at which time they were no longer called Hebrew, but jews. I am saddened by the way so many jews have bought into zionism, an ideology that is supremacist in nature and puts certain people above others based on their religion One that justifies monstrous actions in order to establish or maintain a Jewish majority ethnostate There are streets in Hebron where Muslims are not allowed to walk down Jews are so much better than this, they are capable of achieving such good in this world. Zionism is the worst of us. I can show you their history, their own words should frighten you Translate some Hebrew tweets under a post about an unalived Palestinian child, you'll be horrified
Frieda I am SO SORRY to hear what people are writing to you!! I LOVE your channel!! My husband is Jewish (I am not, yet) and I stand with you and your well- thought out ideas and perspective. I stand with Israel and the Jewish people and also mourn the loss of the innocent life on both sides.
Thank you Frieda. This is such a meaningful video for me, thanks you for putting it out. You express so well the many feelings and experiences that we are having, the complex web of Jewish family experiences and side by side ideas. I haven't managed to read so much on this Oct 7 anniversary, so painful, but I was able to look at your video all the way through, it helped me so much.
Frieda, having just returned from Israel (as a Christian, to support our Jewish friends), the world has no idea the pain and suffering and resilience of Jewish people in Israel. Keep posting, your views, people need to know what the mainstream media will not share.🙏❤️🇮🇱✝️
You are not a Christian. You cannot claim the be a Christian and also support the mass murder and the genocide of the people that used to be the israelites.
Revelation 2;9 and 3;9... John 8;44..... The 3rd Oldest Christian Church in the World is Located in Gaza Palestine.. St Pophyrious Orthodox Church, Dating back to 425 C E.
sister, you speak about self determination and having the right to defend oneself while actively suppressing another populations right to self determination. just as the jewish people did not allow themselves to be erased in the holocaust, those in palestine refuse to be erased by israel. it breaks my heart to see that some have not learned at all from the past and wish to see what happened to them done to others.
if "those in palestine" stopped fighting they wouldnt be getting "erased". coexistence is possible, and its been proven in cities such as haifa and be'er sheva. people like you who preach war and violence will only find defeat, as israel will prevail out of necessity of the jewish people need to prevail.
Palestinians in Gaza and WB want to kill Jews. They are radicalised by Iranian proxies - HAMAS etc. Nobody in Israel wants to erase palestinians. 2 mln palestinians are Israel citizens, they have all rights, their language is official, it uses in documents, in transport, in schools. Arabic influences on modern Hebrew and on Israel culture is obvious. As for Gaza, they lived there independently, there was no any Jews there from 2005. You should know more about the situation.
Frida, your video has evoked a lot of thought and ,of course, also emotion so deep that i cannot find voice for them. i love you and my prayer is as yours for peace and good in this world...which unfortunately does require that we recognize what is the opposite of that and not let it go unnoticed
I fell on your channel by chance and I am happy I did and was able to watch this video. Thank you for making it and sharing it and please keep it up here. People need to hear your words. It is extremely difficult presently given all the hate and polarization and silencing that we are witnessing which only compounds the pain, suffering and trauma. But please know that there are non-jews myself included who share the deep concern over the alarming levels of anti-Semitism we are witnessing. Anti-Semitism or any other form of hate is NEVER an acceptable response to anything, period. Know you are not alone and we are with you in praying for a more peaceful new year for all 🙏🤗.
Frieda, you are not alone. I agree with you in so many ways! I felt the same way about Israel when I went there 10 years ago for the first time. Keep being you!
I feel your feelings Frieda. Thank you for sharing them. I also had an elevated experience in Meah Shearim last year. I am a modern American orthodox Jew. I was waiting for my son praying in a little stubble nearby, the sun was going down and the night and the stars were rising. Lights came on. The whole street was swarming with frum people rushing, kids, women with strollers, families, siblings. Pastries shops were in full blown, bookstores open. I felt going out of my own body and witnessing an eternal picture. I was in awe and tears started to pour. My soul was shouting: this is where you belong ! This was a first pre-Aliyah sign. This is where we all belong. And if we all do the right thing, Mashiah will finally come. Not when Jews are still glued to America, even if it is my country, I love her and will always be loyal to her.
Dear Frieda, Thank you for making, but especially for sharing, your video. It spoke to me on so many levels and I was deeply moved. The nuance you offered brought home another way of just how complicated all of this is. May you be safe. May you be blessed.
Frieda, you’ve done such important work this last year. By telling your story you are fighting antisemitism in a peaceful way. When we hear each other’s stories it leads to understanding. May God bless you on your continuing journey.
As a Jewish person, I think it's not that complex. The issue is human rights and self-determination. It's not religious, it's not cultural. It's racial, like South Africa, and it's socioeconomic/political. But when we look at who, historically has had a say, it has always been the secular Zionists and Christian Zionists. Palestinians never had a seat at the table, even among the Arab league, up until Arafat's entrance to the UN. If it were the Scottish, or the Laotians, who had a claim to Historic Palestine and started colonizing it, the response would be the same. It's not because we're Jewish. It's because we need to share. Not take. Live together, not apart.
Frieda you are a tremendous credit to our people and I want to thank you for continuing to make your videos and share your perspective, as well as other peoples, in spite of the vitriol you face daily. Hashem blessed you with a strong character. You have helped to strengthen countless peoples empathy, understanding, and spiritual selves. Please keep being your wonderful self.
Thank you, Freida; as a non-Jew I was aware that Hasidic Jews rejected the modern State of Israel, but I didn’t know why. Now I understand. As an outsider, to me it just has always made sense for Jewish people to have a place of safety and freedom after so many centuries of terrible persecution. That is the way I have viewed Israel, primarily. I guess that the fact that modern Israel resides in the physical homeland of Judaism, incorporating Jerusalem, creates a lot of resentment in Hasidic people? Or perhaps it is more just fatalism…viewing it as another aspect of this dark world that must be endured for the time being - ? Anyway, I am glad to have more understanding now.
Creating a Jewish ethnostate at the expense of the native Palestinian people doesn’t feel right with me. As a American, I was taught about the horrors of settler colonialism. I don’t understand how my country bends over backwards to justify the ethnic cleansing, displacement, & killing of Palestinians at the hands of Israelis. Jews are human beings. Mainstream media in the west treats them as a super human people who can do no wrong. Critiquing their apartheid policies is sadly deemed as antisemitic.
Your country bends over backwards because the real enemy (of the USA too) is Iran. The Palestinians in Gaza had the bad luck of beig caught in a battlefield of Iran's choosing. The real Israeli apartheid is going on in the West Bank. Criticism of that is legitimate, but maybe you can understand why Zionists like me suspect criticism of that being a screen for desiring the total elimination of the Jewish state. With regard to "settler colonialism", even assuming that that was how Zionism started, by 1960 at the latest it was no longer the case. in 1949 the Arab states shot themselves in the foot. They took out their frustration at being defeated by Israel by making life hell for all the Jewish Arabs, most of whom left for Israel, thereby making the majority of the Jewish population of Israel indigenous to the Middle East.
Yes. I left a comment about this today (27th january 2025). This video is horrifically short sighted and totally tone deaf to the torture, rape and slaughter of 1000s of innocent adults and children FOR DECADES NOT ONLY THIS YEAR and instead focuses on how fluffy and nice her vacation to Israel is, and how zionism can't be bad or wrong because of how nice Israel was when she visited it? One person's sheltered perception counts as gospel truth? Of course it doesn't. I wish people like her would listen to ex israeli army soldiers from organisations such as BREAKING THE SILENCE (google it) who tell the truth about zionism and the horrific PTSD they go through due to the acts of rape/torture/dehumanisation/subjugation/murder THEY were brainwashed to commit on palestinians all due to the cult of zionism. I have no animosity towards this woman or her channel but ignorance and naivity is too destructive at the best of times ESPECIALLY this past year. I hope she steps out of her bubble to see what's going on. This isn't about victims of anti semitism (I do sympathise though immensely). It's a bit more urgent than that. A bit of name calling and hurtful words are not as urgent as the murder and maiming of children, raping of palestinian men and women and children in israeli prisons, torture and subjugation and too much more to mention here ..... which she hasn't mentioned ONCE in her video???!!!!!!!!!!! Instead it comes across as a sad lament for her upbringing how her community tried to make her dislike zionism?! Like it's such a bad thing to dislike a cult that encourages murder and horrors against people due to their ethnicity and geographical location?!!!!!!????? Speechless and gutted at the deep level of naivity and ignorance. Her own fellow jews are coming out in the 1000s to warn about the dangers of zionism's policies and she's in a fluffy bubble of nostalgia. I do not understand.
What’s happening in the US is a major reason why my husband and I are talking about moving to Eretz Yisrael. The first time I visited Israel still lives inside me today as if it was yesterday. The connection to our homeland is very strong. Am Yisrael Chai
@laylah150 True. It's so funny when white European people like this Pilar and the author of this channel call Palestine their "homeland". Did they look in the mirror?
When this war started a year ago, I had very little idea about the conflict between Israel and Gaza or Palestinians. As I am from a country neighbouring Ukraine, I could only think of that conflict and the similarities that might be there with the one in Israel. I was very sympathetic both to the Israelis who were massacred on the 7th and to the Palestinians who we have seen under attacks ever since. As I knew little about this region, I did not understand why is Israel doing this - all the words about genocide and open air prison. But I have seen enough material during that year and I may have formed my opinion to understand the why's on both sides. I just don't understand the same thing you are describing in this video. The antisemitism never went away and not only it has always been present in the Middle East, it is now being celebrated in the west as well. If anybody wants the Palestinians to stop suffering and thrive again in the Middle east, antisemitism shouldn't be the answer.
Thanks! I'm nothing like you (an athiest, zionist, descendant of a long line of rabbis) but your presentation was compelling. Thank you for the effort it must have required.
Frieda, i resonate so much with your point about your actions not causing the accidents. I grew up in Williamsburg and every time something tragic happened, out came the announcement cars talking about the 'sheitlach'. My friend and i would be mad, 'don't yell at the women to put on shpitzlach due to a car accident when you don't even allow us to drive. Make an asifa to encourage safe driving'. It drove us berserk
Thank you for listening to your heart and publishing your thoughts and this journey. This last year is incredibly complicated and horrifically sad. There are no clear or easy answers. May G.od keep you and everyone involved safe in His care.
Dear Frieda thank you for your explanation of the historic Hasidic approach to Israel. It fleshed out the picture so commonly used. Your honesty and feelings are valid and most welcome. You are brave and a beautiful soul. I am reminded of a saying I have heard for years “the Jews are the people the world loves to hate.” Sad but true. Let us thank Hashem for the strength we have been given to carry on and be a good and creative people. You are an example of this gift. ב״ה
I'm from Austria, one of the successor states of the Austro-Hungarian empire where Zionism was created. As a child I was deeply shocked when I learned about the Holocaust, I couldn't understand how people, many from Austria with an Austrian as their leader, could have done this, in fact I cannot understand it to this day. I felt a deep sympathy with and respect for the Jewish people ever since, not only because of the Holocaust but also because of many cultural traits, especially the high place knowledge and learning held in their life and as I was told the high esteem they held women, especially married women, in. In our history Jews played a very important and positive role. On the other hand, I learned about the Palestinians and their fate, being driven from their homeland and the various political manoeuvres to rob them of their identity and their homeland. I understand all the sides, but I always felt it wrong when Jewishness and Israel was equalized and that is what happened often when somebody stood up for the Palestinians he was immediately criticized to be an antisemite. I think Israel as a nation has a right to defend itself, what Hamas did was always wrong from the beginning with a climax on October 7th but when you see how much bloodshed is now brought down on the civilians, Palestinians and Lebanese is also wrong and Netanyahu only waited for this opportunity. Having said this, I might not need to add but I do, I will always be against antisemitism wherever it shows its ugly head.
Theodor Herzl was from Austria-Hungary, but he got the idea in France, when he was working there as a journalist, reporting on the Dreyfus case there. And the frist World Zionist Congress was held in Basel, Switzerland. And as for the rest, what about today? Can it happen again with Kickl? Why did so many Austrians vote for him?
@@alexanderboehmler6451 I don't know if I can speak for Austrians in general but I think what I found even more appalling was Waldheim, our president who first denied his membership in the SA and any knowledge of atrocities committed in his vicinity in Greece during WWII and was elected Austrian president not for but despite it. Since Jörg Haider led the FPÖ in 1986 (the year Waldheim was elected, sic) this amalgamation of right wing and in fact, antipolitical forces began... The current situation is mainly composed by the consequences of the effects of social media, the Corona pandemic, mass migration and Russian influence. If you look at what happens in the US it's very similar, although we managed to keep those forces out of government but quite unsure till how long...
@@alexanderboehmler6451 Because Austrians were never really de-Nazified, the same applies to Germany. (Schleyer, Buback = Ex-Nazis) That is why the RAF emerged in the late 1960/1970s and 1980s in Germany, and the Brigate Rosse in Italy. As to Kickl and Haider, they are Carinthians, and Carinthia was and (still is) one of the Nazi hot-beds during WWII. And, by the way, I do not agree with @squaretriangle9208 - I think Austria never got rid of its Nazi past. Fascism always was and still is very visible in Austria - read Elfriede Jelinek - although, in one of her latest articles, she made clear that she does not understand the situation in Gaza, East Jerusalem, and the West Bank, at all. Pity. I was always a great fan of hers.
I dont understand this video, i get it, you're scared, and you have nothing to do with the Israeli jews that are bombing Palestine, but with how many people Israel is murdering you didn't think some anger would be directed at you?look at what America did to the Japanese when America went to war with them,im sorry but i can't feel sorry for you,the jewish people have it easy right now, just move to America or many other places in the world where you can be safe, even iran has a large jewish community that is safe and has representation in their government, what choice are Israelis giving the Palestinians that have lived there longer than anyone calling themselves Israeli, sorry if i angered or scared you but you need to calm down and acknowledge the people that are being erased from history
Relatively few people can create a lot of nastiness in the comment section. I understand your shock, and comments like these and the anti-Semitic rallies in Europe have shocked me, too. They are a small minority, but we do have to speak out so that they remain a minority. Thank you for making this video!
Thank you for sharing your feelings and thoughts. I am speechless and deeply disturbed seeing the antisemitism around here in Montréal, Québec. Praying for peace and comfort.
Thank you so much for this video!!! I couldn't understand why the hassidic jews are hating on their own people in Israel. We have to be united as jewish people, that's the only power we have
It's a tiny (very vocal) percentage. The vast majority, while disagreeing with Isreal, still support and send aid to Isreal. Satmar gives the most charity of all jews, they probably funded most of the money Isreal got from private jews
They are NOT HATING on them. They struggle with seeing secular jews have no connection to their religion and faith. Who hate G- d and his Torah. Some secular jews are the most self hating people around. It is painful to see the behavior of " JEWS" in our holy land. They hate the religious jews who are on the path that G- d chose for us. Its really painful.
Many younger Jews are no longer willing to look away and stay silent about the brutal colonial violence of the Israeli state. Go after us, go after the ultra-orthodox, have at it. But stop fooling yourself that Israel and its boosters are the “real Jews” and we’re “fake Jews.”

thank you!
Uh look at my Retro-Mario prop in the book shelf, I am such a gamer, g()y!
Thank you so much for this comment.
Thank you for your comment, it restores my hope that also Islam has loving and peace seeking people 🙏❤
Beautiful ❤
May God bless you with His peace 🕊 and salvation.
Thank you sir
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing this with us. My heart goes out to you and all who affected in this war.

Yes! @mariannemansfiels7652 you have put into words what I felt but didn't know how to say.
May God have mercy on us all and may He lead the world to peace.
right... yet ur not heartbroken for the children who are decapitated and blamed for some randoms persons actions.....
Frieda you are a highly evolved spiritual person who understands suffering and rising to be compassionate. Thank you for doing this video
Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability. This is so painful for so many people. I appreciate your openness. Shalom.❤❤❤
Well done.
Humanists are LOST without KNOWING the TRUE MESSIAH & CREATOR of ALL Humanity. CHRIST JESUS IS THE MESSIAH & LORD and SAVIOR OF ALL mankind.

Thank you for so much history and being so vulnerable. You are doing the right thing. No one should hate, it is not our place. Be safe and healthy.

I really appreciate your vulnerability in the making of this video. I really hope the message will reach many, many people. Hello Frieda,
Thank you for your reflections on the year since October 7th 23.
Like the comment but no messiah will come to save us. It's just a metaphor.

You are a blessing and your videos bring so many people a clearer understanding of your heritage and your faith.
Now it's time to extend that to your neighbours.
there's a really good reason why you can't understand the hatred
there's a saying "they will always tell you what happened to them,
but they will never tell you why"
@@Mouchos Are you really victim blaming Jews for being murdered, AGAIN?
Dear Edward,
While Palestinian Arabs did suffer in 1948, many of them stayed and still live in Israel with full rights, 2 million of them.
However, propaganda seeks to suppress that gut feeling by telling you, 'Oh no, they just hate you because you're Jewish.'
Then there's the second target group: the Western audience, mainly Americans and liberal Westerners.
Hi Frieda
I am a 76 y/o Jewish woman from Brooklyn. I was raised by my family to be grateful for America, but to always be aware that antisemitism is always present and at any moment it will rear up. And here it is.
now you can feel how muslim feels
I found it raw and profound like "Get" as well.
Efficacious
Why would you EVER leave a place where you are free to be Jewish in safety and purposely move to put you and God forbid your family in danger?!
Yeah, stealing land from palestinans is so profound, I see . How nice and warm living in stolen homes .

Well said
This bravery of yours to be publicly vulnerable is beyond amazing, Frieda. Wish you all the best. Greetings from Germany

I am a Catholic, but for many, we are in our hearts, children of God. No matter Jew, Christian, or others. Keep expressing your wonderful messages. Blessings.
You know nothing about Catholicism apparently
I have a deep love for the Jewish community, I have spent years studying Israelite, Canaanite, Phoenician, Akkadian, and Assyrian history and language
I have studied first temple worship of the Israelites, which was polytheist, like the other Canaanites (Israelites were a subgroup of Canaanite, just like Phoenicians) and gradually became monotheistic by the time they returned from Babylon, at which time they were no longer called Hebrew, but jews.
I am saddened by the way so many jews have bought into zionism, an ideology that is supremacist in nature and puts certain people above others based on their religion
One that justifies monstrous actions in order to establish or maintain a Jewish majority ethnostate
There are streets in Hebron where Muslims are not allowed to walk down
Jews are so much better than this, they are capable of achieving such good in this world. Zionism is the worst of us.
I can show you their history, their own words should frighten you
Translate some Hebrew tweets under a post about an unalived Palestinian child, you'll be horrified

Another pot stirring Christian zionist🙄
It's bad and dangerous enough that people conflate Jews with zionism.
You are not a Christian. You cannot claim the be a Christian and also support the mass murder and the genocide of the people that used to be the israelites.

Thank you, friend.
sister, you speak about self determination and having the right to defend oneself while actively suppressing another populations right to self determination. just as the jewish people did not allow themselves to be erased in the holocaust, those in palestine refuse to be erased by israel. it breaks my heart to see that some have not learned at all from the past and wish to see what happened to them done to others.
if "those in palestine" stopped fighting they wouldnt be getting "erased". coexistence is possible, and its been proven in cities such as haifa and be'er sheva. people like you who preach war and violence will only find defeat, as israel will prevail out of necessity of the jewish people need to prevail.
Dear Frieda,
Thank you for making, but especially for sharing, your video. It spoke to me on so many levels and I was deeply moved. The nuance you offered brought home another way of just how complicated all of this is. May you be safe. May you be blessed.
Thank you so much for this vidéo, Frieda. Thank you for opening your heart, and for being so articulated and clear.
Thank you, I really appreciate your words
Bless you Frieda! You did wonderfully and always do! You have such a loving spirit from God!
Frieda, you’ve done such important work this last year. By telling your story you are fighting antisemitism in a peaceful way. When we hear each other’s stories it leads to understanding.
May God bless you on your continuing journey.
Israel is fighting antisemitism so peacefully with white phosphorus ❤😊
Frieda, you are one of the purest, kindest souls on the Internet, I’m so sorry you have to go through this.
Thank you for speaking up. It needs to be said and heard.
Thank you Frieda. It’s such a complex issue you are trying to cover. You did it marveolusly. Sending lot’s of love as a non-Jew.
@@blorblinRespect for standing up for what's right Jewish does not = Zionist
As a Jewish woman, I feel 😢 terribly sad by what you share. It shocks me to the bones to see how children are brainwashed to hate even their brothers.

Frieda, thank you for this sharing of your feelings during this very difficult time.
Frieda, I'm a Brooklyn born Christian. i love your videos. Myself and thousands of other Christians will stand to protect God's chosen people.
Thank you for that blessing/kindness.
Well done. There is so much of value here.
I definitely don’t have anything useful to say about any of this mess. But I love you. You’re great. ❤
Please keep being your wonderful self.
hashem is satan ,
Thank you, Freida; as a non-Jew I was aware that Hasidic Jews rejected the modern State of Israel, but I didn’t know why.
So sorry for all the disrespect your getting. Shocking.
From the Netherlands. ❤
Thank you for sharing. You are not the only person shocked by the hatred growing in society today.
What’s happening in the US is a major reason why my husband and I are talking about moving to Eretz Yisrael. The first time I visited Israel still lives inside me today as if it was yesterday. The connection to our homeland is very strong. Am Yisrael Chai
It's not your homeland, you're ducking white Morton .
Netanyahu will personally evict a native family, so you can have a fully furnished home in Israel ❤

@@laylah150 tell me you know nothing about Israel without saying it.
@laylah150 True. It's so funny when white European people like this Pilar and the author of this channel call Palestine their "homeland". Did they look in the mirror?
Thank you for sharing your heart!
Thank you for the effort it must have required.
thank you so so much for this lovely gift!
The Palestinians can return the hostages and surrender - it will stop the war. All this time, the ball has been in their court.

Because Austrians were never really de-Nazified, the same applies to Germany. (Schleyer, Buback = Ex-Nazis)
That is why the RAF emerged in the late 1960/1970s and 1980s in Germany, and the Brigate Rosse in Italy.

The protests are against killing children and innocent civilians .. jews don't get a free pass to commit genocide .

@@anonymous-io6zg I think she was referring to "netira karta" and not the standard chasidic jews
@@anonymous-io6zg that definitely is the truth
Many younger Jews are no longer willing to look away and stay silent about the brutal colonial violence of the Israeli state. Go after us, go after the ultra-orthodox, have at it. But stop fooling yourself that Israel and its boosters are the “real Jews” and we’re “fake Jews.”
