So, the 890R is going? Pity, i don’t think i could ever get rid of mine, every time i think maybe i should move it on, i take it out & it really is sublime & i very quickly change my mind! I recommend you take yours for one last ride……😉

It went yesterday pal and totally regretting already but onwards to the next horse and a new adventure.

Plus I simply didn't ride enough to warrant keeping it at only 1400 miles in over a year.

What mode did you have it in?

I've always just loved the looks, history and V Twin engines. Unfortunately the bike didn't live up to my hopes.

How was the low speed fuelling? Some report it's not smooth or consistent.

Nice bike but i think id prefer a speed twin, if i was taking the classic look

100% agree. The bike was a little underwhelming and because of a rather heavy bike with only 120bhp it was not going to please. My 890r has same bhp but 75kgs lighter

@@stevesherlockrides at least in the Indians favour, its miles better looking and quality than a hardley movinson

Yes they do look sexy. I'm looking for grunt and fire though lol

Might as well buy another Super Duke GT...

No after 3 years I want a new experience. The dealership network is poor and bike technology is lacking now, especially with suspension.

Im on a 2022 bmw 1250 r/tfor about 9,000 miles at the moment but as nice as it is for some reason I don't like it that much I was going to buy a SD-GT as early as 2016 but I bought the Dragster RR instead...lol!@@stevesherlockrides

Least you know this bike would be more reliable than the 890 😂

      More reliable??? No way hose

@@stevesherlockrides 890 is one of the most unreliable bikes out there. My engine blew on 2k miles from new. Never again 🤣. Just look at the amount of problems on the ktm pages that owners have. Nice bike when working. When it does anyway haha

Maybe you were unlucky as mine was perfect and sad to see it go. @@inked-96

I was really disappointing also as the styling of the bike suggest more. Maybe it's a bike set for the American style of riding, cruiser like.
