    Love my FTR, I have a 2020 and it does not feel "down tuned" at all. I have the S&S slip on too and get the occasional pop. in 2022 they got new 17 inch wheels not the old 18/19 (which i think takes away from the FTR and makes it not as unique) and also heads up since you were already complaining about the kickstand, Mine actually fell over while on the kickstand while it was running so I always pull the bike after i put the kickstand down. Have a good time with it man and ride safe!

      Hmmm maybe I need a set of 17s now 🤔?! Appreciate that on the kickstand very odd placement for sure and kind of annoying but so far so good! Thanks for watching!

    I got a 2019 ftr s a few months ago. My only gripe is 120 mile range and it's a pain in the ass to fill up. But it's so much fun. Amazing bike

      I also highly recommend getting good adv tires. The stock tires suck and mine shreds dirt roads and twisties

    • @UrbanMoto
      @UrbanMoto  Месяц назад

      Appreciate that! Yea not fond of the stock tires and I rode about 40 miles today and was at half a tank 😂🤦🏻‍♂️
      Clearly, the large engine and small tank are not meant for each other 😂

    Wrap the white thiing in black and put like a "07" in gold with red outline

    Traded in my 21 KTM 890 duke for 24 FTR R Carbon. KTMs camshaft issues had me so worried riding the duke wasn't fun anymore. The FTR is a beast. My first cruise control as well. Congrats

    Newer mods dropped the plate, new holded adds weight though.

    The 2019 is my favorite FTR, but only the Race Replica (stock).

    • @UrbanMoto
      @UrbanMoto  Месяц назад

      Love the race replica but it was so much more expensive 🤦🏻‍♂️

    The FTR Carbon is in the running for my next bike. It looks so cool, but it is a drop in HP from my current FZ1. The other two are MT-10 SP or M1000R. MT-10 SP is a lateral move. More tech, better suspension +10ish HP. Also been a Yamaha boy my whole life. M1000R, has better everything, +57hp but it does cost $32k+. I have also seen that a lot of the "24's have gremlins. I don't know that I could take spending that type of money on bike and having it in the shop soon after. I also don't trust my local BMW shop/dealer farther than I can spit.

    • @UrbanMoto
      @UrbanMoto  24 дня назад +1

      @@ZeroKitsunei The M1000R was a consideration of mine to BUT I could not stomach the 23k price tag plus dealer crap. Juice wasn’t worth the squeeze to me. I will likely get an MT10 down the road though because I REALLY loved my MT09. That bike was a blast :)

    • @ZeroKitsunei
      @ZeroKitsunei 24 дня назад +1

      Yeah for the price of the m1000 I could buy both the FTR Carbon and MT-10.

    I did like the R7 but I knew watching your channel for that R7 was not gonna last too long.... lol, I knew in my heart I wasn't ever
    gonna buy or ride an R7. It's a physical thing in that I couldn't contort my body to ride her more than 40-50 minutes w/o pain.
    I was thinking this Indian was gonna be a big arse'd cruiser looking bike but I'm pleasantly surprised. It LQQKs sporty but you
    will be sitting up more than laying in a fetal position reaching for half-bars? I like it more than I thought I would, I didn't know
    Indian had a sporty looking bike...... thanks, peace & be safe.

    • @UrbanMoto
      @UrbanMoto  Месяц назад

      It's awesome it was new in 2019 and prior to that they basically had mostly "cruisers". I wanted something sporty but comfortable and this will do the trick and it's also WICKED fast :)

    • @diggy-d8w
      @diggy-d8w Месяц назад

      It is a good looker & I'd like it b/c you can sit upright, I like that about it & I didn't know they had any bike that
      wasn't a cruiser? That's all I thought they made? Boy was I wrong. Ride on Cowboy

      Being that the size of the motor and where the placement is it's a little toasty think I'll say you will get used to it I even have the s&s flat track exhaust on it can only imagine,

    Remove the white piece. The tail lines are perfect without it
