It’s very good! Changes I made, I brushed one side of the egg roll wrapper with a film of veggie oil which will be the outside. I added toasted chopped walnuts to the mixture. Everything else the same but I baked them at 325F about 15 minutes each side or until golden brown. Came out really good. I’m not really fond of frying 😀. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
Those egg roll covers are great for ,chilli rolls . Make your chilli much thicker than you normally would ,roll them up . Make sure to close the edges up so there is no leakage and fry. They are so delish !!!! My husband took them with him when they went fishing. He said they were very filling and really good. Enjoy!! Also pizza roll ,pepperoni and sauce and cheese . Philly steak and cheese , pulled BBQ pork and cheese
