Idea for Farm Rio dress from former Nordstrom Stylist: Use a structured belt instead of silk belt. Tie silk belt onto a double knot around an elastic and put in hair. You can also tuck into a headband and tie underneath and wear as a headband a la Serena Van Der Woodson.

Your apartment does not look like a frat house!!! You won't regret buying good quality furniture. Appliances and soft furnishings seem to have a a definite shelf life, but good quality furniture can last a life time.
Love the look the flag gave to the wall…definitely a frame will make it look more grown up but even then I agree with you that the way it is gives it a lived in look, I like your style K 😊 happy fall

Your apartment is so classy! I would recommend mounting a shadow box in the empty wall space behind your table, and place something else on the lofted wall area. I think it would fit more proportionately for the space if it was hung to the right of the lamp. Art or hung visual art that is able to stretch more horizontally or in an abstract way would make more sense for the larger space, I think!
