Oh my gosh, I love when your dad visits!! He is the cutest, most wholesome & knowledgable person!! :) I love how he swapped the 2 mirrors! They both look great in their new spots! I would put the vase of flowers on top of the new piece under the round mirror, alongside the candle. Love you!!

Dani this was my favorite vlog ever (and I always love them all!) It made me miss my dad so much. I was a daddy’s girl and had the same relationship with mine. He passed away 4 years ago this month. My favorite memories are of us just doing regular things and having him there. ❤️

Just a thought for your hallway shelves... they are too big, oddly spaced and a little awkward. I think you should get nice, heavy curtains. Then you can have like the middle section showing if you want, or just open the bar section and also the option to have it all covered and closed. I think it's the holes up the sides of the shelves that throw me off on the look of them.

Powder tide mixed with water and some bleach works on grout. Use a small scrub brush, but don't scrub too hard because it can remove the grout.
Have you ever considered putting your playbills on your shelves by the entry way instead of hidden in the drawer? I just thought that might be a great way to display them and show off that side of you that loves theater ❤. I was thinking in some kind of clear/acrylic display? Just an idea… love your videos girl!

The grout pen is a short time fix. CleanEEZ is the best. Zep also works great on dirty grout.

its time consuming but see if you can get one of those magic eraser cleaning sponges and do the grout, they remove a lot of dirt .
I feel like no one commented on your grout cleaning. Get zep spray. Spray on the grout and let it sit.
I havnt tried but they say you can use diluted vinegar and baking soda and then scrub them.
I used oxyclean and toilet bowl cleaner . It worked but it was such a mess.

I think if you add more books on the shelves to fill up a space that would blend all and would look less random.
for the grout, use one of those toilet bowl cleaner gel! Leave it on for like 15 mins and wipe it down.

A steamer for the grout!!
I'm not 100% sure because I can't see it up close..but it looks like the grout on your bathroom floor needs to be sealed..they do have grout sealer pens, (similar to what you mentioned), that you literally roll or paint on ..typically a clear color so that the grout stays clean. You may need to actually clean the grout with something first and then seal it. (No expert here..I just helped my parents do this in their kitchen when they our family home). ☺
Why don’t you use the mirror to hide your utility box?

I would Mr. Clean magic erase the floor and then use a white grout pen to polish it/make sure it goes white.
Have you tried Clorox foaming bleach on the floor? It’s the only thing that works on my shower grout unfortunately I haven’t been able to find something less harsh that works.
