    Great stuff 👍 If I get the second stage nd16 filter I can increase my stops up to 10 right?

    Polar Pro VND is known to have heavy color cast. Is there going to be any technical test for this one?

      I don't really plan on doing any such tests since in practice, its basically not noticeable

    I have this system but I have a problem which is becoming annoying. I have mostly 77mm lenses and it would make things easier having the 77-82 step up always attached to the Recon system but this way there’s no way I can cover the back of the filter. Taking the su ring all the times it’s so time consuming

      That's fair. I only have 1 82mm lens and the rest are either 77mm or 67mm so I get what you mean. I don't think there's much of a solution to that issue though

      @@itmeremy I asked Polarpro for advises and o was told I should upgrade to the Helix system

      @dotta4763 I mean, the helix system would definitely be faster in general, but it wouldn't fix your issue unless you got enough bases for all your lenses. That being said, I feel like there isn't really a solution to your issue and you'll just have to deal with the step up rings. Either that or get a system that's 77mm so you don't need step up rings. I know the recon doesn't come in different sizes but other systems definitely do

      @@itmeremy we are becoming so spoiled we probably ask too much from gear

    • @itmeremy
      @itmeremy  5 месяцев назад +1

      @dotta4763 that's one way to look at it. On the other hand, we want the gear to make things easier so if it's actively making it harder, that's not ideal
