    Speaking of Herringbones - this D-18 recently took on a new caretaker to help raise funds for a ‘43 herringbone. I could not help myself. 😂 I miss it, but I got the bug about this bone! I’ll own the 18 again someday. Super proud of the send-off cover of FJ! Thank you Jason and all.

      Why would you carve this guitar up only to sell it? Maybe don’t do that again. 😂

    That guitar sounds great. Carving into the side of a 50s Martin = sacrilege!

    I have '71 D-18 and your guitar is louder than mine. Must be because mine has a Rosewood Bridge plate.
