I have often thought this scenario was a writing assignment somewhere. I am sure there are at least half a dozen Jim/LInda/Mark stories. The cast of characters are the same but the stories differ. In one iteration, Jim is some sort of special forces guy with ninja skills who kills Mark (an NFL player rather than a Soccer star) with an axe.
Always heard the same old statement "It's just one night" with multiple times of sex the whole night til morning. Worse than just 1-hour affair. But one hour or one night is considered cheating.
This is like 'Into The Spiderverse', with Mark LaValiere playing yet another Spider-Man! 🤣 I do like this version of the horny footballer's tale. Especially nice how, upon seeing her husband's bruised face, watching the news report, and knowing her two kids were terrorized by him kicking in the door and assaulting their dad in front of them, she asks, "How is Mark? What did you do to him?" Dumb 304....
I LOVE hearing cheaters say "it was only one night" like yeah "one night to destroy your marriage/relationship, was it worth it?" they usually say "it was a mistake blahblahblah" Why would you expect sympathy? Honestly, women call men Dogs all the time. But women are just as bad but act like its perfectly okay if they do it.

I honestly prefer the nemesis version of the story.The studios athlete gets exactly what's Coming to him, you get to know all the time.Lines of what might have happened or did in those Timelines , and you get a timeline where they don't fuck up and everything is fine and happy for Them and they even have a third kid the best of all worlds

What I do not get is that the women in many of these stories inflict humiliation, heartbreak and offense on their men and then act as the victims in the situation when the men rightfully distance themselves and react against such despicable treatment. Makes no sense to me. Edit: Worse still the men have to eat their pain and the women avoid responsibility in dissolving into sympathy grabbing cryfest and when they do not get their abusive forgiven they attempt suicide to avoid responsibility. That's the premise that makes the story. That there's a guy who can walk into a room, pick any woman he wants, and against the objections of her husband (or a quick sneaking out on him) , get her to agree to go home with him "for only one night". What happens next is different in each variation.
Class actions are expensive and most of the time, the attorneys are the only ones that actually make out as they get their major cut first. What is left, gets split up between ALL of the people in the suit.
This is another version of the Mark LeValliere trope. So unless you enjoy these characters I would just pass on listening to this story. As soon as I heard the mention of characters Linda, Jim and Dee I skipped to the last 10 mins just to hear what the outcome of this version was. But in truth, I am just so fed up of listening to these characters. 👎👎👎❌❌❌
