What specifically are you looking for? I do the mods... but the company that does custom programming for me is whiteautoandmedia.com My website is HarnessDR.com Not sure exactly what you are looking for?
Phil, What's your plan for adding tow mirrors? I'm under the impression you can't add tow mirrors to that model you have there. I'm finding it hard to justify paying $1,200+tax for the tow mirrors + wiring harnesses. On top of that, $200 to flash my computer....
I just bought an LT like yours today. How much do you expect these mods to run? Do you do the work yourself or have it done. I am a disabled vet and would have to have them done. My first mod will be the articulating (Try-Mode) Running Boards. What is your resource for these and approximately how much. I hope you have the time to answer. I will subscribe to follow what you are doing in hopes you can list some of your resources. Thanks for what you have already shared.
Pricing is a loaded question. All depends on where you source parts from. I do all my mods to my truck for the purposes of research & development of products. I have a set of running boards I bought months ago (been sitting in the garage) and waiting for free time to get them mounted so I can design a retrofit harness. I usually look for parts on eBay, locally on FB marketplaces, and OfferUp. Some items, I may get directly from GM. Thanks for your support and subscribing to the channel! Hoping to have new content soon! Stay Tuned.
Phil love the truck its a beautiful ride brother Congrats!! Phil I'd like get your module that has the stobes and what not fort 2014 new body all terrain sierra for My custom shop here in Canada may even be able to peddle quote a few here for you let me know about getting one to canada
Awesome, really looking forward to seeing if the 360 can be added. That's the only reason I'd get the LTZ. Did you consider the 3.0 diesel or prefer the 5.3 gas?
First off GREAT video and awesome truck ! Im in the market for a 2021 Silverado LT myself and I'm disappointed with the dated interior. Mainly the HUD and center console. I've been waiting for someone to speak about customizing their truck and I found you. Do you recommend this truck after a few months of driving? What's a good site I can visit for mods? Thank you !
Congrats on the new truck Phil! Do you plan on installing the articulating running boards on this new truck? If so I recently bought a set of them not knowing they were for a 2019+ year model(mine is a 2016) and I'm looking to get rid of them or possibly trade for the correct ones. I also live in TX.
I still cannot get past that front end. Why GM couldn't hide that "Aerodynamic" vent in a fog light. That fender is horrible with that bumper. Cannot wait for this series of cool work. Thank you for sharing
Hi Phil. Congrats on the new truck! So do you have anything left over for sale from your 2016? I'd be interested if you do. I'm probably keeping my 2017 Z71 until I get it paid off. Transmission went out at 80K and I had an extended warranty so they replaced it. I paid only $200 as that was my deductible. I had a brake issue that was covered under recall. So those two things were all that was done by the dealer. I'm thinking my next truck will be a GMC 2500. BTW What happened to all of the mod videos for your 2016? I only see a few on here.
There are many that don’t realize what features they are missing after their purchase. I also enjoy figuring these things out and helping others achieve some of these upgrades.
It’s also a R&D truck so he can continue to supply us with easy plug and play harnesses to integrate ourselves. Sometimes it not about the destination, but the journey instead. Can’t wait to see how this progresses!
Looking forward to watching your new project; I ended up getting rid of my 2014 Silverado for a 2020 Sierra and I've been super happy with it.
Congrats! Have SO much in store and just waiting for all the parts, time, and decent weather.
Looking forward to following your new project!
Love that you upgraded! I’ve been waiting for you!! Congratulations and so exciting to see you here!
I have a 2019 LT 1500, almost exactly like yours. Looking forward to seeing your mods.
Congrats on the new truck. I'm looking forward to watching the transformation.
Congrats on the truck. Looking forward to the upcoming content.
Thanks!
Looking forward to the camera setup.
This is almost my exact truck. Subscribed to see these future mods.
Phil who does the mods for the Silverado LT??? Do you have a web site for them.
What specifically are you looking for? I do the mods... but the company that does custom programming for me is whiteautoandmedia.com My website is HarnessDR.com Not sure exactly what you are looking for?
Nice truck! New project!!!
Thanks! Always fun taking things apart. Haha
Yes! Here we go again! Love the videos. Can not wait to see what you can do with that beautiful truck.
have you been able to add the surround camera system?
Not yet. I know of someone that did. It was a very large undertaking.

This is still unknown territory for me.

Keep us posted it bro!! Nice truck btw
Texas Edition ! Not available on east cost, love color !
Thanks! These “Texas Editions” are used packages that you can likely get under a different package option.

Congrats!!

You mean AutoSync? That is sold by www.WhiteAutoandMedia.com and BTDieselWorks.com. I transferred mine over to the new truck.
@@philgamboa2906 I'm not sure what it was called Phil I just know you were able to turn your lights into strobes and what not
@@jayred487 - Yep AutoSync for 2014-2018 K2 trucks.

I do have 19 LTZ 5.3 8-speed 2WD. You would really love it.
Jeezz, about time. Now get to work! 👍
Love your channel! Any chance you will add passive entry to the rear doors like the Sierra (slt, at4, denali) has??
Passive entry is likely not possible due to the amount of modules needed plus the security behind how all those modules interact.
Nice truck!
Nice
Thanks!

Yep. Still enjoy the truck. A good forum would be GM-Trucks.com
How many miles do you get per fill up?
Should have gotten a Ram. Even the High Country Silverado looks like a work truck compared to a Ram.
I’m a GM guy :). Many things from the previous gen carried over to this one too.
What color is your truck?
How much this pick up ?

congrats! Did you ever figure out how to add factory trailer brakes to your 2016?
Would the dealer install the HUD for you? Im looking to get it done on mine tbh

Can the rear view mirror camera be retrofitted?
Yes! That’s the plan.
Do you think wams will release a autosync?
They are back ordered from Black Friday and Holiday Sales.
I have a 2020 Denali. Any chance WA&M can get wireless Apple CarPlay programmed in? Want the wireless functionality for sure.

Thanks! I sold most of the stuff I took off. I still have the GM Borla Exhaust and some smaller random items. But the larger ticket items are gone.
Can a bcm reprogram make your all windows down button be able to roll all windows up?
I get the fun of making your truck yours by customizing it but with the mods you want to make why didn't you just buy a truck with those features?
HarnessDR was founded by designing wiring harnesses around these retrofits :). HarnessDR.com

@@philgamboa2906 I get it...and respect that...was just curious...thx
Yaaaaassssssss!!!
LT model and no 4wd??? Wow DEAL BREAKER
2wd 😐
:) truck is a driveway queen. My 2016 had under 40k miles before trading. Truck is mainly used for R&D purposes.
Jealous !!!!
:) cool stuff coming down the line.
Just buy the LTZ truck cheaper that way
That's no fun

I could have but wanted to see what can/can’t be added to help others get retrofits done. :). This is an R&D truck specifically for that purpose.
I get it . Carry on .
